Through five games, Cameron Wake has had six sacks. That’s a Pro Bowl pace, currently tied for fourth in the league. That’s the pass rush this team so desperately needed from a re-structured defense. And this is the potential being realized, the potential we had heard so much about but only saw on a limited basis a season ago.

What a great story. He wasn’t drafted. He didn’t sign a big free agent contract. He built up his resume in Canada with some impressive numbers, and lofty awards, but there are so many players who excel north of the border but just can’t duplicate that with the big boys in the NFL.
