I feel he truly wants to win a superbowl or at least be able to be in one. I didnt have much faith in him these last couple of years but with the total revamping of the organization I believe in him. Just firing the entire coaching staff probably cost him 30-40 million and now he going to hire a whole new staff tack on another 10-15 million/yr.
I agree, brother. He is constantly investing money into the team, stadium, and organization. Let's hope he's chosen the right person for the job this time.
what... are you crazy.. don't you remember all the posts about how H.Wayne sucked.. and was the reason we have declined and that we had no hope as long as HE owned the fins... how could all those guys be wrong??? say.. where have all those VERY loud guys gone?
Hi Marty! I'm one - remember I even sent some stuff back. However, I do, now, feel a little bit of optimism / excitement.
$7.5 million to Cam alone. $5.3 million and change to Dom Capers. Houck was signed for around $900k That's around $13.7 million for 3 coaches. So yah it's not that high but easily in the $20 million range.
I was critical of Wayne Huizienga before especially if he wanted to sell the team. I sent a post calling him just a "businessman who only cares about money". I do give him credit for always spending money to try to get the right people in order to win and never getting in the coaches or the front office's way. Yes, the guy is a smart businessman, but he's always cared about the Dolphins and winning too!
