    In the article it says he kept his primary residence. He can afford as many homes as he wants.

    I think it is some sort of estate planning. As noted he owns another home in the area. He also owns a place in NC and I'm sure a few places elsewhere.

    WH has worked hard for many decades and is in his 70's - the guy might as well just go enjoy life with his wife and family. Travel and spend time with the kids, man.
