Lets wear our throwback uniforms. If there was a time to do it it's now. It says "This is who we represent and who we really are". Forget the media and a couple of players. Let the players wear the uniform that got wins, played hard every game and committed themselves to their fellow players, fans and history of a great team.

im being serious. Lets overcome all the hate from the outside. Let's go back to wearing the uniform that actually intimidated teams before the ball was snapped. Our Dolphins meaning the team need every edge beit psychology or whatever. Lets go throw back and say this is who we are. And yeah i may be wearing tinted glasses but if those players wear that uni then it might give them an extra inch of pride and and an extra inch of speed or commitment in making that tackle, catch or run. Right now everything that might help can get us over this hump.

The statement would be, "We wish we could turn it back to the 70s or 80s right about now."

Love the throwbacks, that thanksgiving game in dallas always comes to mind. One things for sure, those 1997-2012s are gone forever. The fondest memories in those unis: Ricky arriving and leaving, and winning the division thanks to the jets ditching Pennington for Favre, and Brady going down.

the league does not allow you to just throw on any jersey. you have clear it with the league first and its decided before the season starts. you cannot deviate

May have been mentioned already, but you also cannot use alternative helmets anymore either. Makes a lot of throwbacks useless now.

The new orange uni's won't be revealed until next season supposedly. Definitely looking for them though.

I see that college still allows for 4-5 different helments. Think that rule is bogus.

When they wore throwbacks this year they used the current helments without a logo. They would normally be like this.

last year they wore alternate helmets...this year I think that's right. they are using the same helmet with all the decals off.
-
Orange jersey and aqua pants would make a better statement: this uniform is just like the organization, dysfunctional and a mess
-
-
I know the Bills are using helmets with removable decals in order to use their throwbacks. Teams like Tampa Bay get screwed though, no more creamsicle unis

here's the memo on helmet rules (i wanted to see for myself)...
DATE: August 22, 2013
SUBJECT: Throwback Uniform Helmets
Our Head, Neck, and Spine Committee, chaired by Drs. Hunt Batjer and
Richard Ellenbogen, and the Player Safety Advisory Panel, chaired by
John Madden and Ronnie Lott, have recommended that players no longer
wear different helmets as part of a “Throwback” or "Third" uniform.
Our office supports this change and has reviewed it with the chairman of
our Health and Safety ownership committee, Dr. John York, who concurs
with this recommendation.
We have communicated the change to those teams that are planning to
wear throwback uniforms for at least one game this season. Teams may
continue to wear throwback uniforms under league guidelines, but players
must wear their regular helmets. The outside of the helmet can be
modified by removing or replacing decals, as long as it does not affect the
integrity of the helmet.
The committees believe that a cautious approach to the changing of
helmets is an important best practice for player safety.
This change is consistent with numerous changes we have made in recent
years regarding uniforms and equipment. If you have any questions,
please call either of us.
