As I understand it, practice squad guys are essentially free agents, as they don't have to pass thru waivers to join another team's 53 and already cleared them prior to getting on the PS. So they are not 'waived', just released. -

I am pleased if that is true , that Miami has high hopes for Wallace, I do want Micah on the PS , I am very intrigued with his potential development , and would love to have him practise for a year and come back next season quicker , stronger and more confident.
How things are going , he may not be on the PS for long though , talk about managing ...this is Irish's team now , if it wasn't before. -
