Let’s see how we deal with the bullies of the division and if Tua and McDaniel can work some magic or if Allen destroys us like every other game…
Only if the Dolphins can get the running game going but that’s not going to happen sadly. The defense will play pretty well for 1 or 2 series however, even with their relatively decent play, their stands will still result in points for Buffalo. At some point in the first half, the score is going to be 13-3 Buffalo. When that happens, Miami is going to abandon the run game and go strictly pass pass pass. Tua will have SOME success but with all of that pass happy offense, sooner or later you’re gonna get stung. Achane will end up with about 68 yards rushing. Tua will be 22/37 for 227 yards, 1 TD, 2 Int and get sacked 4 times, with a fumble to top it off. Waddle will be close to the 100 yard mark. It’s going to be an ugly day. I’m not even watching it today.
In my opinion if Tua throws another INT, you have to warm up the next qb.. just letting him know he might play.. if he throws the third INT, pull him and bring in the next qb.. if thats Ewers im okay with it..
I'm curious if the team has quit on McDaniel or if they play hard today and keep it respectable. Bills could have converted easily there on fourth down, but are going to play it conservative and wait for Miami to collapse. A pretty good plan actually.
Give us hope in the first half... collapse in the second? I've seen this movie too many times, please flip the script.
This. Is. Wild. Maybe McDaniel and Weaver and the players hated Grier as much as the rest of us?? Where tf has this team been? Tbh, I'm actually impressed that McDaniel has the team playing this good, with this record.
Everyone remember this from the Chris Grier fired thread? Chris Grier has been fired These remaining games are everyone’s resume for a job, be it with Miami or another team.
I would still like him to get his hands up and grab the ball out of the air. Lucky Tua put it in the right spot because I've seen him drop those many times.
Yeah I was actually JUST thinking about this. Maybe firing Grier FINALLY put people on notice that they actually had to produce or they very well are probably gone.
It is going to hurt so much more if Miami chokes away this game now. It's too little, too late, to save this season but we need to snap this losing streak to the Bills.
Long third down conversions? Check. Multiple missed tackles? Check. Let Josh run around all day? Check. Not the start I wanted to see in the second half. INT!!!! That was the play to change the script!
Absurd that teams weren't beating down there door to trade for Achane. A "2nd plus" would be a steal for whoever got him.
