I understand the reasons for rooting for the Bills...but I won't. Especially if GB holds on and beats KC tonight.
Loving this Chiefs game. Bad news is they don't lose back to back so if they lose here they beat the Bills.
Yeah if KC loses today, the only impediment to us getting the #1 seed is Jacksonville. They lose one game and we win out the #1 seed is ours. GB ball now after a Mahomes INT. A little over 5 (football) minutes left to a very important KC loss.
Just noticed that all the Jaguars losses are at HOME. Like, when's the last time you saw that? 8-3 with 3 home losses. They play Bengals and Ravens at home and Browns away between those games. Yeah, good chance they lose at least one.
Mahomes gets the call on the sidelines again. If the Packers player lets up, Mahomes tip toes and reaches the ball out for another three yards. He does it all the time.
Jags schedule is pretty light. home for the ravens in 2 weeks is by far their toughest test. they may be the toughest nut to crack on our docket for the 1 seed. ravens have a brutal schedule to end. at jags, At SF, Home for us, Home for Pit. thats rough sledding. After the bills game, chiefs schedule is pretty light too, fyi.
I feel like Trevor Lawrence is a little overhyped. He's a good QB, but I don't think he's been consistent enough to be called a generational QB.
I’ve suspected for a while that he is, it’s the reason he is the only guy on the board I have on ignore. He never debates in good faith, constantly shifts his arguments and usually only appears when Tua has played what he perceives as poorly.
Nowhere near yet. First three years his ratings are 71.9, 95.2 and 92.0. For reference, league average last 3 years is 90.8, 89.1, 88.7. He's getting close to that crucial 4th year where if he doesn't vastly improve (and I mean near that 100 mark) then it's extremely unlikely he ever will in a sustained way, just based on historical stats for starting QBs. Right now you're looking at a slightly above average QB in Lawrence, nothing else. But in the playoffs last year against the Chargers he did show he has that "clutch" factor, which does matter.
Beautiful game to see in person! The Van Ginkel pick 6 happened right in front of us. We were on the opposite side of the field from the TV cameras. It looked like it happened in slow motion. As Howell makes the throw, Van Ginkel bursts into view and snatches it. Tyreek's first TD was on our end also.
If we don't end up with the #1 seed then I would hope Jacksonville gets it. It's the closest thing to home without being at Hard Rock. Going to KC or Baltimore would be tough.
Thats where im at. 1 seed would be beautiful. However, the 2 seed where the 1 seed is vulnerable or wont present homefield disadvantages to us on our travel is ALMOST as good. Playing in Baltimore in January or Arrowhead would be less than ideal. 2 home games and an AFC title game in Jacksonville? Sign me up, would be 50% dolphins fans anyway
Be hard for Tua to have a bad day with how bad Washington is defensively. Mike White walked down the field for a TD with ease. Washington is bad. Tennessee is bad. Tyreek is elite and has made QBs elite for long time before Tua. Sorry if that upsets you. Try the ignore list doctor.
And yet your favorite QB not named Rodgers, Josh Allen, had a 79 passer rating against them. Again transparent.
What's transparent? Who said he's my favorite QB? You are just making things up. Instead of punching down, you should punch up. Brock Purdy just put up a 148.8 rating against the Eagles. Tua put up a 87.5 rating against them. The Dolphins and Tua have struggled against winning teams, and that's a big problem heading down the stretch and into the playoffs.
all year they have not worked. toss behind the QB a bad thing. Watched other teams try it in other games and they all got blown up.
It's kinda pathetic. I'll peruse other fan boards to see what they are saying, but how much of a loser does one have to be to pretend to be a fan of a different team and just spend time bashing them. What a miserable life someone like that must lead.
no, but he points out some faults he sees and he is attacked for it. Then the same posters try to blame him for causing friction on the board, it is really quite entertaining.
You were one of the ones banging the drum that Tua couldn’t produce against good defenses, touting how good the Jets’ defense is/was. Tua did have a subpar game against the Jets’ defense but still produced better that Mahomes, Hurts and Allen, hanging 27 offensive points against that defense. Your goal post tends to slide left or right to maintain your subpar opinion of Tua. Tua can’t beat good teams Tua can’t produce against good defenses I expect them to beat bad teams. Your criteria slides more than the Electric Slide.
