Finally game day!
Its been an interesting week-to say the least. We have been stuffed to the gills with info,predictions,opinions,insights and everything else. Now it comes down to execution-forget about desire,pride,emotion and all else that people love to write about. When the game starts its time to throw everything else out the window and perform. I`m counting the minutes to kickoff and I`m hoping our Dolphins pull this one out although I do understand there are a lot of doubters on this board-and they may be right- but this is a whole new team from last year and I honestly believe we`re good enough to sweep the patriots this year and move forward. Just how far we go this season remains to be seen but damn,we are in a meaningful division game in November! Can you believe it? C`mon Dolphins win this baby! Us fans deserve it!

 

Man I hope we get the win today!! Big Division Game at home! PLAYOFF TYPE ATMOSPHERE!! Doesn't get any better then this. (Well it does but you know what I mean).

 

Biggest game we've had in 5 years IMO. Go Dophins!

I am heading to a local watering hole for this one (Glory Days), a neighbor who's a Pats fan, and another who's a Phins Fan will be tagging along. I sure hope it works to our advantage at the end of the day.

Biggest game of the year so far, wish I could see it, but instead the Pats/Jets game is televised here in Michigan. So this means another day of watching it on gamecast.

Just bought extra lighters for the game today.For some reason,they seem to get lost or broken when things don't turn out the Dolphins way.

Clam Chowder is the best thing to ever come out of New England... :up:

 

We have three or four good ones, two local bars, a Hooters and a Wild Wing Cafe.

But add in the to and from cab fare, the food and booze and tips costs, and it's easily 150 dollars or more and that is just to steep a price (4x what I'd pay watching from home) to watch my Beloved Phins beat the Patriots..:sad:

 

Hopefully after the game for me...crow. :yes:

I looked into it, that would cost about 1,000 or so and that would be for a Saturday fly into Miami and a one nighter then fly out Sunday evening.

Hotel, car rental, night on the town, what have you.


So it is time to preheat oven, take out hot wings, and throw mug in freezer to ensure frosty goodness for the kick off!:up:
