I never get to participate in the game threads since I am out at the bar to watch every week, so I just want to make my contribution here and say GO DOLPHINS! Woot!!!!
Hopefully, it will not be a close game so I don't have to spend the whole game calming down my new friend Joe the Very Quick to Get Negative Dolphin Fan. I met him week 1 and we have been watching the game together every week since. Good guy, very knowledgeable about the 'Phins and the game in general, but one little miscue and he's off on a rant! Thankfully, our group has steadily grown over the season with new people coming out each week, so I am not the only "therapist" he has now. -
Was thinking the same thing.I personally have'nt felt this way since we lost to the Pats 12-0.Was that in 2003? Wow,been a long while for a game like this.One step at a time and hopfully we fans can get more of these feelings....................

Hopefully we can finally win a game decisively. I know,last weeks game wasnt exactly a nail biter but I want to enjoy a dolphins win thats pretty much decided going into the fourth quarter. Is that asking too much? Our last regular :shifty: season home game of the year. Lets dominate for a change.

Since our loss to NE, every game has had a big game feel to it (for me). We can't afford a loss (realistically if we lose one, this is it).
The excitement this season has given me has been great. All Dol-fans needed this.

Loving the Pregame show "Dolphins Weekly" on CBS4.....Kim Bokamper interviewing the "Ring of Honor" awardee's Doug Betters and Bob Baumhower ! Good to see those men again, they were a part of my Dolphins experience when I was a kid, and season ticket holder. I miss those days in the Orange Bowl and a sold out stadium. What an atmosphere that place had....no better home field advantage in football.

Hopefully since Gore is out and the weather being somewhat bad, we can get Ronnie and Ricky going and pound the ball on San Fran. The weather may have more of an effect on Murphy than on Pennington. Pennington doesn't have a great arm, but he is used to playing in bad weather from his days in NY. We should pound the rock, but I still think we should throw a lot of short stuff on first downs to keep 2nd and 3rd more manageable. We've had our best success moving the ball when we go this route.

The coin toss is one of the keys to the game, I hope we win and have the chance to pick which end of the field we defend.
I can't recall a bad weather game in Miami where the wind was a factor, so which of the field is better is an unknown to me at least.
Anyone have any ideas which endzone we should defend? -
