He got the facemask at the end but not enough to throw a flag in my opinion. If it's called for the other team is a different story.
Not much Tua could do there. He finished his drop back and Jesse Davis' man; and Eichenbergs were right on top of him. That was doomed from the start by our OL, not the QB.
I have actually been impressed with how well the oline has played today. That sack ruined the drive though. This is a good D and Tua has has more time to throw then i thought coming into this game.
Yeah; so I take back what I said on that third down play. Tua coulda hit a quick slant to two WR's for that first down before taking the sack. Wasn't alot of time, but he set himself then took the sack. Coulda probably unloaded that one.
lol you teed? I’m not a hater I’m just a realist. This team always always does this **** year after year when the games are in the line they **** the bed. They can’t play under pressure. I’m not going to come in week after week scratching and digging for some grain of hope to pretend they are better then they are. If I’m wrong I’m wrong and will own it like I have before and I won’t be gloating a loss because this is my team and it hurts. I’m just don’t know why we can’t over that hump we’re always a .500 team and it’s painful to be hurt over and over again. I can sense the momentum and the team just going through the motions more than some I guess.
While the officials haven't been great, they've made bad calls on both sides. The offense is the issue here. Drops, fumbles, low completion %, o line sieve, play calling.. they just have not shown up. Pray for the miracle but it's a shame so far
Man i was hoping waddle would break the rookie reception record today so he can do it by our 16th game so there's no stigma that he did it in a 17 game season. But he has been a nonfactor all day. Hard to believe the guy is getting 10 looks a game and has 1 catch for 0 yards today.
