Yeah, I generally haven't stereotyped Miami's safeties as iron pumping gymrats, but it does serve to distance us, from our longstanding depiction as a finesse team. Parcell's prototypical player models have done much to dispell the impression.

Da 'FinsmoderatorExcellent photos. Thanks. Yeremiah Bell has long had some of the sickest arms among DBs in the league - never ceases to impress on TV while playing or in photos like the one above.
What I love about the Dansby sack is that Nolan set up the D so effectively that one player had a free path straight to the QB. That hasn't happened very much in the last decade. It's been a staple with good defenses - like the Steelers. If Nolan can scheme to put pressure on the QB consistently, we will be in good shape defensively. Minnesota will be quite the challenge.
