The inability of NFL players to tackle is mind blowing. What #9 just did there is a prime example. Rather than making contact and wrapping up, 9 just launches himself at the WR and bounces off him. Stupid. So tired of seeing the inability of players to tackle nowadays. Oh, there's the TD. Defense just wanted to remind us all they still flat out suck in the secondary. Great moves Chris.
No I'm expecting them to look competent against one of the leagues worst offenses and not make it look stupid easy like they just did on that drive. They only look somewhat competent this week due to the inferior competition.

Great, they got two turnovers finally generating some pressure against a mistake prone, below average QB that has gifted them 2 turnovers in a panic. Now they're getting massively gashed in the running game again already this drive. Face it, this defense flat out sucks. They have all year too. Carolina has gifted them two turnovers because they're not good. Yet they continue to have success against the defense when the terrible QB isn't shooting himself in the foot. I mean if you think this is good defense today, I'm not sure what to tell you.
Not really. If not for Young making two stupid mistakes in a panic under a bit of pressure this isn't a 17-7 game. There they go again shooting themselves in the foot with another pre-snap penalty and another terrible play by the QB. He's not good at all, and they've outgained us 183-145 while having the ball 5 minutes less than us. If Young doesn't give us the ball twice being stupid, this is a completely different game because this defense sucks.
I'd hope they get the odd sack here and there. Carolina is not a good team. Dowdle was averaging 3 ypc ahead of this game... 28 carries, 83 yards. we've given up 126 on 12 carries to him for an average of 10.5 and they're one of the bottom offenses, and teams in the league.
