Seems like a good fit all around. Hate that he was a Pat but I respected what Weiss did in NE. Great OC not cut out to be a head coach..should have some fun where he's at.
You have to think this will benefit Cassell as well, who should be running a system similar to what he did for NE in 2008. Hopefully he can improve on that 69.8 QB Rating.
