Fellow fans, please understand I'm only posting this thread to officially jinx us out of Tim Tebow.
http://www.thephins.com/forums/showthread.php?69232-Welcome-to-Miami-Mr-Flynn-(not-official-yet)
You can thank me later.
MODS: I beg you please do not move or merge this thread. Just let the jinx do it's trick.

I think this is a good thing. We can run the Wild-Phil, a new and improved West Coast/ Wildcat offense with Tebow in charge of the Wild-Phil and Garrard in charge of the base offense!! I can't wait!!

As soon as I saw the headline, I knew the reason why you did this without having to read it. Good Show!!

Wait because you let it known that this was a jinx thread, does that not automatically jinx your jinx, like the rule where you make a wish but can't tell anyone.

I honestly might cancel my football package if we trade for Tebow, and I have had it since Directv first got it.

I think we should call the new offense "Runnin Scared" The new fight song for the team should be "Can't Buy Me Love" or "Down With The Sickness"
The Song for this site should be "Break Stuff" -
I hope the jinx works! -
No, Tebow goes to Jax, then we get Henne :knucks:

no way. We all know that God hates the Dolphins. This would never happen. Although..maybe since God hates the Dolphins, he will inflict Tim Tebow on us...hmmmm.

If Teblow becomes a Dolphin, i will not watch a single game until he's gone.

Sirius NFL is speculating possible landing spots for Tebow. Right now the only names they can come up with are the Dolphins, Jaguars, and Patriots. Jags are not likely because of Henne. Patriots because of the McDaniels connection. Miami they mentioned because "Ross is more interested in selling tickets than winning." They also said, and I quote, "That team is desperate enough and foolish enough." Please prove them wrong, Ireland. I know I've been saying a lot of awful things lately, but if you say no to Tebow and draft a QB I'll be temporarily appeased.
I'll also ask for help from another unlikely source. The Patriots. If there's one team that can sign Tebow without getting laughed at, it's them. -

I feel several tumors growing inside of me.

I think they should do it. I'm for whatever gets these people all fired.

This whole offseason could be like watching a mashup of Major League and Facing the Giants.
An owner that is only in it for the big bucks, except I don't think they'll have a cardboard cut out of Ross as a motivational piece... really who needs to see that unveiled after winning enough games.
Throw in Tebow and he'll motivate and change the culture of the club through the power of his prayers alone and then you guys will go on to win and remember that you win for a higher calling, forcing Ross to sell the team to a former player who will run out of money for the sequel. -
I love Tebow for his character, heart and desire, but please! No to Tebow!
-
Oh god were going to get that guy.

I too am looking forward to Tim Tebow. I am preparing to buy his jersey. I am also going to tattoo "Jeff Ireland: GM For Life" on my arm.

Despite the report that Miami Dolphins have discussed a trade for Tebow, I heard a report on Sirius NFL that one Dolphin source had said the team currently does not have any interest in Tim Tebow. Sorry, no link.
