Champ Kelly will be the proverbial substitute teacher for the remainder of the season. Whether he has anything to do with trades prior to Tuesday’s trade deadline remains to be seen. Don’t expect to see McDaniel go anywhere for the remainder of the season, unless of course he’s cut loose in December to put the “Now Hiring” sign in the window. So where does Ross go from here? This obviously couldn’t have been a knee jerk reaction to last night’s loss. He’s had to have had this as a distinct possible course of action for some time. If I were Ross, I’m looking to organizations such as the Chiefs or the Eagles for my next GM. Someone that builds a hard nosed, smash mouth, push you around bully type of team. Players beware however…whomever the new GM is, if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.

Why was it that YOU petitioned the league to have all September home games start at 4pm or later? That’s right, YOU took away our home field advantage of making opponents swear gravy in the blistering heat and why? For the comfort of the fans and to be able to host a Super Bowl. News flash Skeletor; Dolphins fans sweltered in the brutal Miami sun and heat for 50 years before you decided to build a roof…and then even THAT wasn’t enough. That brutal heat and blistering sun has always been our advantage, much like the Packers advantage in December. I don’t see Ross doing anything to build a championship team with his actions as demonstrated.
is pumpdogs pumped about this? lol. I had stopped caring to watch the Dolphins, as I couldn't stand Ross, Grier, McD, Tua and the incompetence. I have a little hope now so will keep an eye on the GM and HC moves. But with Ross still at the top, I don't believe he'll make the right choice.
