Anyone here how hes doing after surgery ? Did i miss it ? will he be able to practice come training camp ?
Don't know. I haven't heard anything since he was to have surgery in Charlotte. I'm sure he will be ready by that time. We will have to wait and see I guess.
I was reading a column by Armando in the Miami Herald and it says that if the NFL is able to reach an agreement on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), that Brown's five year contract will be coming to an end following the 2009 season, and he will become a free agent and be able to sign with any team. If the NFL is not able to come to an agreement, then Brown's contract would kick in for an option year in 2010, and he would remain with the Phins. I just hope we don't lose RB like we did Wes Welker, with little in return.
We got a 2nd and 6th for a Welker, can't say thats "little" THe fact that we couldn't draft, thats our problem.
We got a good center in Satele who just didn't fit with the New front office. Satele is now the starter in OAK
Did a search on Ronnie Brown and this is the latest news I found about his surgery. Forgive me if this was already posted. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/...2-online-update-1121-20091120,0,4936643.story
agree. I'm sure Brown will have a new contract, along with Williams by the end of the season the best Tandem in the NFL will run again in 2010
If you consider the wildcat as an asset and an important part of our offense, you have to figure Brown is more valuable than ever to the Dolphins. You also have to remember that Ricky Williams said he will only play one more year and if we were to lose Ronnie and Ricky we would be back in the same position we were in before RBs arrival and RWs absence.
