on sherdog i guess someone has a brother that works in a hospital in canada and lesnar is suffering from ****ing kidney failure. its not a solid source....but holy ****. his career could be over!!!!
Exactly my thoughts. Was he trying to pull off some Fedor training in Canada and injure himself in some embarrassing way?
also nogueria fight is off with vazqeuz......nog has staph infection, and supposedly hes in bad shape also http://mmajunkie.com/news/16855/nog...infection-ufc-108-bout-with-velasquez-off.mma
doesnt "look like that" at all........that was a random speculation on your part. he could just be really sick.
could be. he could also be tipped off before a test. fyi I believe he left the wwe because he got into a disagreement with them over their wellness policy. at least that was the rumor.
Whatever it is, it's serious. Here's what Dana White told TMZ: It's apparently some sort of "intestinal disorder" that will require "major surgery." Yikes. This doesn't sound good for the chances of seeing Brock fight any time in the near future, if ever again. http://www.tmz.com/2009/11/16/brock-lesnar-dana-white-mayo-clinic-mono-ufc-wwe/#ixzz0X2mfpnIB
He left the WWE due to the travel schedule, money and he wanted to try football. It had nothing to do with the welling policy (which is a joke for the most part still).
Haha, nice! Seriously though the wellness policy is a joke and guys they want to either not test at all or pass, pass the test with little problem. Every once and awhile they make examples out of guys but that's a reason why Triple H has never failed a drug test ever (it's because he's never tested because he's listed on the payroll as a front office exec and only the wrestlers get tested).
Have fun getting sick in a 3rd world country and also finding a place where they take every sick person regardless of race or money
I think he meant it as of "Its cold, I have mono, FML" Not in the sense of "Canada healthcare system sucks"
Both, actually. If I had the millions and millions that Lesnar does, why would I go somewhere where my money doesn't buy me the best care? 1st guy sounds like an insulted canadian.
I think he is. I would be offended too. "last place on Earth" Brock didn't go to Canada because he figured hed have a better chance of getting cured. He was IN CANADA, and happened to collapse. If he knew he was sick, he had no business being there.
Its steroids. Brock has been busted with a **** ton of roids in the past, and there is a history of steroid abusers having these kinds of problems (from what is being leaked). Jason Giambi had tumors and intenstinal problems as well. Also, the cynic in me wonders if there is a little bit of pomp and circumstance here with Dana White overselling the injuries to sell ppv's for when Brock DOES come back. I would hope not, but you never know. Regardless, he is sick, and I wish him the best. He is fun to watch in the ring, for sure.
It is what it is. I read he had mono and went to Canada to rest. That's pretty dumb, imo. If you have any kind of serious condition, why would you go somewhere far away from the best treatment that you may need? So yea, he knew he was sick and went there. Bad move.
Can;t be steroids. Unless you are prepared to alledge a vast conspiracy. If You fight in Las Vegas....you are tested randomly during training at least once a week. The UFC also has a steroid/PED policy. Look at what they did to Sean Sherk.
He said Lesnar was a user in the past. Also I wouldn't be shocked if guys are taking other things such as HGH to get themselves bigger and stronger that those PED test can't pick up although I admit I'm naive when it comes to the exact tests being given out to UFC guys.
He was busted years back for a ton of steroids and used them as a pro wrestler. That much I know for a fact. He was a heavy user which could be a direct result of his current problems. Also, HGH is widely abused in all sports and a test will not pick it up. At least not a urine test. I doubt they are getting blood tested. Even then, I don't think the results are very reliable. Typically though, HGH abuse tends to effect the heart more than anything else. At least from what I have seen and heard. Exactly.
It's NOT steroids. It's a bacterial infection in his intestines: http://www.mmamania.com/2009/11/17/1161096/brock-lesnar-sick-in-hospital-with
Unless, all of the roids he did made the bacteria exceptionally strong, and full of rage (probably because the bacteria got all roided up, benched until they passed out, and woke up with a ******ed giant sword tattooed on their bellies, that'ed piss anybody off).
