    So I have a boil that is near something precious to me(its not on that special place, but its damn close, probably maybe one inch away from my right nut to be precise.)
    Needless to say it hurts like hell, especially when I get up after sitting down for awhile.

    So are there any medications or topical solutions that I could use to get rid of this damn thing?

    Go to the Dermatologist-do not waste time, you have a seriously ingrown hair or inflammed sebaceous gland. The Dr. will lance it and give you antibiotics-
