Belichick has jokes. He could be showing his hand a bit. He WANTS Clay blocking instead of receiving. Maybe some defensive shows to force Clay to stay in?

Exactly. He credited Clay's blocking, which is Clay's weakest part of his game. Brady calls our our linebackers, Carroll, and Jones and "credits" them. Talib is a thug. If he draws Hartline, then Hartline is in for a mugging all game.

This is what I have to say:

If your posts are meant to insult, take it elsewhere. I understand things may have gotten heated in another thread, but do not bring it here to my thread.

Now if you would like to have real football discussion, please proceed. And please do not bore me with an attempt at mindless requital. Just talk football.....

I don't have much to add to the OP other than to say the Pats know they are in for a tough game against a team that is vying for a playoff spot. Those quotes you posted show they respect Miami and won't take them lightly. We have a lot to play for as well - clinching the division and trying to get that #1 seed.

Hmm, not sure "**** me I'm a *****' is exactly the image he wants to expose to the nation.

We all know what he is saying. Btw he was actually talking to Welker and Branch there. The TD was under review and they were giving him a hard time about whether or not it would stand. So he got a little lippy with them. On TV you could see Welker having a good laugh about it.

This is the first time in a decade that I expect a win vs the Pats. They're seriously not a very good team right now.

Give him a break, Vereen and Amendola had just come over and told him he had to face the Dolphins this week.

Every time he fluffs up a player they lay a goose egg.

I hope none of this drivel makes it to the locker room. It has some sort of cosmic opposite effect on game-day.

Can we stop Vereen? I play him this weekend in fantasy and would love to see him stuffed. Seeing as he was their leading WR last week that is a great thing for the team as well

Not going to lie it's a little sad... I've only been on this board for a little over a year but never seen any Pats fans trolling on here until now. Kind of disappointing sir.

This looks like standard-issue Patriot pre-game stuff. Belichick and Brady have got it down to an art form at this point.

Vereen may have been their leading receiver last week but he is a RB. Interestingly though, the Pats have 9 guys on their roster listed as WR's.

With Gronk, the pats are 5-2 and scoring 32 pts per game. Without Gronk 20 ppg.
With Gronk in the RZ 69%. RZ 49% without him.

Their offense is struggling to get started in games. Expecting our defense to keep them struggling.
Their defense is over rated and hasn't been as good in the second half of the season. They've been depending on the O to put up points to win. We blew a 2 TD lead in the last game due to pass and run protection and blocking in the second half. Hoping we have this resolved at this point.

Have you seen their injury report...lol...it's ridiculously fluffed...he wants our players to read that the pats are banged up, that's why he does it, because some players fall for it..

I don't care what the intent is here, it's pretty damn funny seeing Brady all agitated like this. Looks like his offensive line is talking trash about his mother or something.

To be fair the stats without Gronk arent entirely accurate as Amendola missed 3 of the games Gronk missed. he does give them another viable wr.
