So, I'm trying to build some muscle and get into better shape. The thing is, I can work out but I have no clue what to eat. I'm a big junk food guy. Can't lay off it, but I'm prepared too. What are ideal things to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Keep in mind I work in the city out in the field and due to time I usually eat whatever is nearby. (bagel, egg sandwich, pizza, fast food) I know fast food is no good, but sometimes a guy's gotta eat.
Everything. lol not really but A LOT is certainly a reasonable answer. If you're trying to gain muscle then a lot of protein: Eggs and meat for sure. Eat a lot but do it in small portions. Around 6 small meals a day should do the trick. If you're just tryin to get healthier, then you obviously know what to cut out, or at least decrease.
