Now that the tenders have been placed on R.Brown and A.Fasano, my question is what would we do if by some strange and unexplicable circumstances arise and both players are plucked from our roster by other teams? We would then receive another 1st and 2nd round pick in this years draft.
I am not sure where to start if this would take place, but I wouldn't be very mad having four picks in the first two rounds. I might do something like this:
Sign Karlos Dansby as a FA
1a: CJ Spiller
1b: Brandon Spikes
2a: Brian Price or Cam Thomas
2b: Dexter McCluster
3: Jimmy Graham
4: Micah Johnson or AJ Edds
6a: Brandon Lang
6b: O'Brien Schofield
6c: Terrel Hudgins
7a: Joe Webb
7b: Nathan Overbay
I know I am going to get killed for picking up CJ Spiller and Dexter McCluster, but losing Ronnie Brown is really taxing on our offense and I thought putting these two in the backfield in the Wildcat could be lethal and make up for losing R.Brown. Adding Jimmy Graham is a preference that I have had for a little while now and after seeing him catch the ball in the Senior Bowl and the combine I like him even more now.
I think the combo of Brandon Spikes, Brian Price (at NT) and either Micah Johnson or AJ Edds could fix the problem in the middle of our defense. Combine this with the FA signing of Karlos Dansby to play at OLB and ILB (ILB on 3rd downs) and a mix of JT, Cam Wake, Brandon Lang, O'Brien Schofield and Charlie Anderson we should be good at the OLB position.
What do you all think? How would you change it if we do end up losing R.Brown and A.Fasano?

But since we're in fantasy land how about:
1a Earl Thomas
1b Eversen Griffin
2a Arrelious Benn
2b Cam Thomas
3 Montario Hardesty
4 Thaddeus Gibson
6 Micah Johnson
6 Nathan Overbay
6 Ekom Udofia
7 Reggie Stephens -
I am not a huge supporter of Marshall. I like the kids talent level and we desperately need that kind of talent at the WR position in Miami, but I just don't see him staying out of trouble. I mean really he can't stay out of trouble in Denver what makes anyone think he is going to behave himself in Miami.
The knock on him is he has trouble respecting women right???? What makes you think that he is going to be able to tolerate the rather confident and outspoken women of south beach? Perhaps the trifecta could change him, but I think it is too much of a risk considering he is only one strike away from a suspension. Not to mention the pending murder case taking place involving his cousin and some player (CB I believe) that was shot and killed. -
I love Ronnie, and hope he is back. Fasano, could take or leave him, but I'm leaning towards leave at this point.
Put it this way, if we ended up w/ two ones and two twos in THIS draft (not to mention, one could maybe be used on Marshall if Tuna, Inc. deems it so), that would be a great thing, and we'd find a replacement for Ronnie.
Love the guy, love his effort, but he's not THAT good to the point of being unreplaceable! -
What about Spikes am I missing? I am curious to what Sean Weatherspoon's stock is valued at because I see them both valued fairly close to each other and Weatherspoon is not a sure thing to make it to our #43 pick. -

Id be very upset if we were to lose ronnie brown that way. He means too much to this team.
