The problem is that the person who usually implements these things (Mindwarp) had to take some time off. So we've had to seek professionals, who haven't been nearly as good or prompt (i.e. professional). We've been thru several to this point.

I will tell you that it is close. Close enough that we've forgone firing the latest consultant. :lol:
