    Neither is eligible I believe. Thomas is 100% surely not eligible. I'm 99.9% sure White is not.

    No, cutting a player does not automatically make them PS eligible.

    I am wrong plenty often though.

    I agree with the list thusfar

    Pruitt, Spitler, Andrew Hartline, Baker is worth keeping there, Amaya and McCoy if they don't make the 53, Nate Ness is worth developing

    I don't think Folsom is really worth keeping around any longer, in any capacity. But he's eligible.
