Since we haven't had a great offense since the Oliver North scandal am curious as to who other fans would have on this kind of list.
my list would be .
#1 RB Ricky Williams
#2 TE Randy McMichael
#3 RB Lamar Smith
#4 WR O.J McDuffie
#5 WR Chris Chambers
#6 WR Wes Welker
#7 RB Ronnie Brown
#8 QB GUS F.
#9 RB Reggie Bush
#10 OT Jake LONG
I put Randy McMichael #2 because he had great stats plus he was the only player who stood up to Wanny

I noticed Ted Ginn Jr is missing from this list.

BTW he did kick a FG ,True story -
I would put Bush second and Pennington third on this list. They were much more effective in their short time in Miami than all the rest of the players you listed combined. McDuffie was a very productive player early in his career, but in 1999 and 2000, he was merely a shell of his former self on the football field.
Welker was a very average player for the Dolphins and was known more as a punt returner than a WR while he played in Miami.
I think Gaston and Chambers belong on this list at the WR position, but putting two TE's on this list only shows how little talent this team had over those years.
I have no idea how Gus Frerotte could make a top ten list for the Dolphins. Like him or not, Jay Fiedler was a much better QB for the Dolphins than Frerotte. -
Ditto on Pennington. In the past decade + our offense never saw better numbers under any other QB. The Wildcat certainly helped, but Pennington deserves the lion's share of the credit. Here's some numbers from a thread I penned a few years ago when everyone was yacking about how Pennington was "limiting" the offense:

Edited to add: Reading back through that thread was fun. I miss l2g...Bpk and Stringer Bell like this. -

You could see the talent. But still, he didn't do much here to be put in the top 10 or anything. I'd put Ginn ahead of him actually. -
what about marty booker for sure i put him in over donald lee
