You do realize > is different from = right? I think everything it's pretty clear, if you cant/dont want to understand your mistake it's up to you
Yeah, here are the 2 comments; "You do realize that = 4 right? I told you once you did the math you'd get it. " my comment "So to you 4 > 4?" your reply So as you see, it still makes no sense, and will never make sense, lol.
It makes perfect sense. Gaijin wrote that 3rd, 4th, 3rd, 6th > Carroo He's correct. Because Carroo = 3rd, 4th, 6th
Did you even read what you bolded? It is like you are not even reading what people are writing. In a simple way of putting it. If the trade never happened, how many players would Miami have? I can answer. 3. They would have three players. Not four players. Three. Players = Picks.
Either he has me on ignore or he's so stubborn that he'll never change his mind. Because my $1 loan analogy worked for my 5 year old.
I can't believe this is so hard for you to grasp, you and your buddy keep coming up with these flawed rationalizations, is it just because you don't want it to be true? So answer this; We spent a 3rd on Caroo, there is 1 pick, now please list the player we got with the 6th round pick, and tell me who our missing 3rd and 4th round picks this year were used on? 1) 3rd, used to draft Caroo 2) 6th, used in a trade to acquire pick for Caroo 3) 3rd, used in a trade to acquire pick for Caroo 4) 4th, used in a trade to acquire pick for Caroo 4 picks, one player. Uno, dos, tres, quatro, ein, zwei, drei, fear, ich, ni, san, shi, un, dau, tri, pedwar, no matter how you slice it, no matter what language, 4 is 4, at least with the math currently used on this planet, lol. Now, you fellers can just go ahead and try to think of some more theories where 4 doesn't = 4, it's entertaining.
Good point. If someone just wants to be wrong. I should just let him at this point. It was a fun exercise.
lol, and I've yet to see anyone actually use math to prove me wrong, you're bringing words to a math equation. Show me, with math, how it isn't 4 picks? Have you given up on your 4>4 theory? lol After we used 1 pick on Caroo, were any of those other 3 picks available to us? 1+3=4. Just like your buddy put it earlier, 3rd+6th+3rd+4th=Caroo(proving me right without realizing), we were able to draft one player with those 4 picks, and until the universe crumbles, that just ain't gonna change. You guys are stuck on swap math, we used 3 picks to buy 1, not 2 picks and a swap, we used 3 picks to buy 1 pick, and then used that pick on Caroo. Do the math.
I have not followed this. Likely all in the wording. We used 3 picks to move up to that spot in the 3rd round....then we selected Leonte. So we traded 3 assets to obtain one, so I say we used 3 assets to obtain Carroo.
Finster is actually right, you are wrong, as usual. Imagine if no trade had taken place, and we just picked caroo with our original third round pick how many picks would we have used on caroo? If your answer is 1, then you just proved finster is right. Sent from my F3111 using Tapatalk
You're kidding, right? I mean, no one could be this dumb and still be able to turn on a computer. You saying someone is wrong automatically makes that person right. We didn't have a 3rd round pick, Einstein. You are trying to add an imaginary 3rd pick to the 3 picks we gave up for Carroo.
What Finster, and now hitman8 (AKA mando) are trying to say is the following: I currently have no money. I go to my rich Grandparents and borrow $100,000 from them. They are kind enough to loan it to me interest free. I take that $100,000 and buy a Ferrari. According to these two, I paid more than $100,000 for the Ferrari. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Let's see if I can dumb it down even further. I'm at McDonalds with my friend. I have no money because I forgot my wallet at home, but I'm hungry. My friend says he will loan me $1 if I pay him $3 when I get home. I agree I buy my hamburger. We go back to my house and I give him $3. I have a hamburger and it cost me $3. The hamburger cost ME, $3 dollars. Carroo cost the Dolphins 3 picks. Understand? Probably not. And this is why the country is the way it is. Self proclaimed 36 year olds with graduate degrees can't figure out a math problem that my 5 year old can. hahahahahaha
Actually, I stand corrected, I forgot we didn't have a third round pick at that point. We used three to get back into the third. It's correct we only used 3 picks on caroo not 4. Congrats you got me on that one. [emoji6] It was still too many picks for caroo though. Sent from my F3111 using Tapatalk
You are right man, I was factoring in our original third rounder in 2016 as part of the deal. My bad. Sent from my F3111 using Tapatalk
No worries. Way to admit you were wrong. Takes a big man to do so. Very rare thing to see on message forums in the modern day.
Yeah, but he wasn't factoring in that pick. Imagine if no trade had taken place, and we just picked caroo with our original third round pick how many picks would we have used on caroo? Why would someone give up our 3rd our 4th and our 6th for another 3rd? He even wrote "original". He knew it was gone. However, he was smart enough to understand my McDonald's scenario and admitted he was wrong. lol...It was an admittance with an excuse, but it's better than Finster. haha
No genius, you are just trying to rub it in. I didn't remember that we had no third round pick at that point after we selected drake. Completely forgot about the drake pick and thought a swap of third rounders was part of the deal, hence why I included the word original. But I get it, you got me, enjoy your moment. I have made similar mistakes when having online conversations. No need to rub it in when a person admits they are wrong. That is pretty much hitting someone who has given up.
Never wrote that, you didnt read well. I used the > symbol which means "greater than". Not even god could prove you right because you are not. A=B B=C A+B > C Inviato dal mio iPhone utilizzando Tapatalk
