So my dad decided that he wants to bring their house into 2008... How dad? How will you do that? This is how: I thought he was insane when we were at Best Buy this morning... It's gonna be fun hooking all this crap up in all of the rooms.
Holy hell is he setting up his own Arcade or youth center? Perhaps he is stating a pro team for video games?
So you can have a back up when you ship one out for RRoD'ing. But seriously, they are arcade editions, so they aren't worth having anyways. And 2 Wii's? No one needs two wii's. Talk about going unused.
My dad just wants all three consoles in all of the rooms. He doesn't play (nor knows crap about) video games, so with the 360 price drop, the Arcades were only $199 each. There were only 2 PS3s there, and Best Buy would let us buy more Wii's. Next week we'll get one more PS3, and Wii. Tomorrow I'll take a pic of the HDTVs he bought.... This guy is making me sick. Midlife crisis anyone?
Why does he want to play in more than 2 locations though? is it a "just wants to " thing? he has to swap memory cards around and stuff. and talk about a heavy commitment to video games for not really being into them. but hey, good for him...drop that dough, you cant take it with ya.
Mor, if I refrain from comparing you to Jason Campbell, think I could swing by and pick up one of those 360s?
I bet the Best Buy guys were thinking WTF is this guy doing. Hell I don't even know but I have a tear in my eye thinking about it.
One of my uncles did something similar about 6-7 months ago with all slimline PS2s. When my dad visited Orlando (my uncle's place) he thought it was the coolest thing ever. Then it became a "who's Best Buy dick dick is bigger" contest.
What sucks for those kids is they dont even make commision. Had Mor and his dad walked into Circuit City there would've been a fist fight amongst the employees. My only question Mor is did they think you guys had a stolen credit card?
they only gave us a hard time with the amount of Wii's we were buying. They only like to sell one per household. I bought one for them so we could get two. There were pleanty of Wii's. They were just being morons. There was a stack of Wiifits too. I have no desire to get that though.
I know, its crazy, he knows who his dad is!!!! j/k, but seriously I have been laughing over this joke all week....had to share finally! Love ya Mor!!!!
I think he said he's in that area behind the Best Buy, the other side of 75. I'm closer to you than he is; I'm in Silver Lakes.
Yes guys... I do live behind the Best Buy. You're forgetting one small detail. I DON'T LIVE WITH MY DAD LOL.
dude, plenty of us live in the area. you dont have to live on the streets. you can stay on someones couch until youre able to steal enough game consoles to afford your own place.
Well i figure i can sell the systems for at least $150 each and then maybe move into Pasedena... I mean Country Club (only Pembroke Pines losers will get that).
Adding to this, my pops bought two arcade boards today. One was Classic games (Donkey Kong, Pacman, etc) and a sit down version on Cuisin' USA..
Add a Track and Field, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, a Spy Hunter, and a Punch-Out machine and I'll be asking your pops to move in.
