Don't even bother Gish. Apparently defenders that played against Bush and Darren McFadden are all in the NFL.
Those also include two punts where he dropped them then picked them back up and ran. And another was punched out of bounds as he was running along the sidelines against the Bills.
5 of those fumbles were on punt returns, so my numbers from espn were accurate. And he hasn't lost an offensive fumble.
I agree......if he is gonna be a weapon we got to get the ball into his hands Without the ball he can't be a factor. It's one of those seize the moment things that happen to so many players. Not to take punches, but how many times is Ginn gonna get the opportunity to catch a ball thrown to him in the end zone that ends up incomplete ( his fault or not), before Pennington starts to go elsewhere, just saying
He ran back kick offs..............no results....................not anymore He ran back punts.................no results.....................not anymore He was in the wildcat............no results......................not anymore Hey I call it as I see it. A question was asked and I answered it objectively. You call whats happening to him what exactly? Put the love a side brother. If you don't like what's happening to Ginn talk to Coach about it. It's not my call. I want the guy to score TD's. TD's = wins How many Touchdowns do you think Ginn is gonna get the opportunity to drop before you start to see Pennington go the other direction??? Remember Pennington has the highest completion percentage in history. When that starts to happen Ginn's days are numbered. For the record I don't dislike Tedd Ginn and I want him to prove all the naysayers, including me wrong!!! So far, it hasn't happened.
call it whatever you want. That's your opinion and your entitled to it. Like mine though....it and $2 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks when you get a chance to be objective and see Tedd Ginn for what he really is, a middle of the road receiver, you won't be so offended at someone pointing out the obvious. You want to have discussion but when someone posts something contrary to your beliefs you blow it off. That's all good....good luck to ya
Funny.....you like players of mediocricy Mcfadden is 27th at NFL.com Bush I couldn't even find he is so far down the list and your boy is 27th in the league
Actually, Ginn was only in the Wildcat for one snap last season. And he has only been in the wildcat while Pat White is on the field this season, which really isnt the Wildcat at all. To clear up some potential derailment of topic.... its only the Wildcat if a RB or WR is taking a direct snap. I believe the premise for this thread was that Ginn should be subbed into either Ronnie or Ricky's roles on the Jet Sweep play. Not using him as a WR in the wildcat, but a ball carrier. To this point, Ginn has not been used in that way. Also, to say there have been no results from Ginn's returns is off base. Ginn was 3rd in the league in return yards in 2007, with one score. He has had 3 called back (Bills, Browns, Seahawks). To say that he had no results is off base.
Clearly you've never taken a handoff in your life... You aren't suppose to look at the ball when taking the handoff, you should be looking ahead for that running lane. Pennington got hit before he could hand it off... thus the bad hand off. The Ravens made a great play on the ball, there's nothing to it than that. I'm not blaming Pennington or Ginn for that, just praising the Ravens' defense... He had a long run against Kansas City... a TD run against Oakland. RIght there.. 2/5 of your runs = TD... That's pretty damn good as far as end arounds go...
Oh we an have a discussion about Ted Ginn Jr problem is you wont see past your logic so basically there is no point.
My boy? I don't even know what that is suppose to mean. Oh thats right you think just because I'm a buckeye fan I'm bias right? Wouldn't be the first person on this site or the other site to base judgment off that.
How many teams have their number one receiver running back kickoffs and punts? When you get the answer to that you might also realize that you habe the answer to why he isn't on kickoffs and punts anymore. Also, the Dolphins special teams was absolutely horrible, and that factors into his production. Posted via Mobile Device
Ginn belongs in the Cobbs position in the Wild Cat, especially if we're ever to throw the ball. If anything he's a hell of a decoy.
Absolutely he can. I didn't mean to refer to you directly I was more referring to anyone in general. To boot maybe all the Pennington don't have the arm people will stop. First play of the game was 60 yards in the air to Ginn.....incomplete Maybe Pennington chooses not to throw the long ball or maybe Ginn just isn't open
he is not on punts and kickoffs because he was ineffective......period This guy is not a number one receiver Miami @ San Diego Ginn first half 0 recpts 0 yards Ineffective
impossible 60 yards overthrown ....... all i read is how Chad doesn't have the arm can't have it both ways
now that Pennington is hurt Ginn should have an all pro half with Henne in there I am excited........lets see what happens
