I see you're getting back to the crazy side in your posts.

If anything, the narrative I've preached has been shown to be true. With two quarterbacks this season. Decent oline play, commitment to the run, and decent defensive play has resulted in 8-1 win streak.

I know you can't admit that I was right in my argument. It's ok.

I don't disagree that Sims had to make a great play to make that TD, but there wasn't a better alternative. There wasn't any placement on that particular pass that would have made it easier for Sims, if he threw it earlier to Sims while he was still upright it would've been batted down. Great play by Moore and Sims, it's at 0:15 in the clip.

again, good throw by moore, good scramble, good decision, amazing play by sims. Not easy to do when you aren't gauging the toe tap. I think most QBs should be able to make that throw. Tannehill has made similar ones this year.

I'm not saying MM is the answer, I said earlier in the week, that if the passing O changes, if the dink and dunk disappears, that is indicative of Gase not trusting RT to run his O how he wants to, that is what happened, the passing attack was mid and long primarily, and it was an attack, MM attacked the SECONDARY, while RT is usually trying to get something underneath.

If Gase is half the O innovator and QB guru he is touted as being, I guarantee that the dink and dunk O we've been running is not what people are talking about when they praise his genius.

Wake is amazing, he's always been one of my favorite players on the team, now he's one of my favorite players all time.

I feel lucky to have been there to see his 1st career INT.

That throw was EXACTLY where it needed to be, on the move, to be caught for the TD. Can't take anything away on that one IMO. The other TD to Sims was dead on too. The TD to Stills was a chuck-n-duck, Stills came through. The one to Landry was ALL Juice.

He made some great throws, but can you imagine the Tannehaters if RT had thrown that pick?!?! We all knew it was coming, almost had to, but we shrugged it off and kept going...just like if RT had thrown one. I didn't hate on him for the pick, **** happens.

But there's no fairness from that other crowd...anything RT did under the same circumstances was pushed aside because, "he was only playing the Jets and they quit," "the corner had poor coverage," "it was just the 49'ers," "Rivers fell apart and threw a bunch of picks" etc. Moore does the same thing and the Tannehill era is over.

    New levels of ROFLicious.

Yes, Tannehill has made similar ones this year. I was just saying Moore deserves credit for that throw where in your post earlier you were saying it wasn't a good throw, just a great play by Sims.

Congrats, not only was that Wake's first INT, but an all around stellar game from Cam. I wish I could have been there to see it, the man is ageless.

To be honest, I don't see great throws on most of those in that video. One throw, deep to Sims, the defender fell down right before the ball gets there, or else it's certainly broken up. I saw defenders missing tackles, or not even trying, like Pryor at the end of the slant play to the house by Landry (not to mention the initial defender failing to wrap him up initially).

Glad Moore got all those tds, but it wasn't like he was making impressive, difficult throws all night.

I can't remember who said it last week that Tannehill didn't deserve any credit for 2 of his goal line TD's last week when talking about Moore.

Who knew you wouldn't be impressed? Never wouldve thought that....

You lack the ability to look at any of these games through anything other than Ryans jockstrap.

And THAT young man is why you lose credibility..becasue if thats a game Ryan wouldve played the exact same way? You would have a totally different outlook on those "throws" and everyone here knows that.

Hey, question, how is the almighty Wilson doing this year, with his run have not as good, and the defense not holding teams to 16 points a game? Every QB struggles with no run game and a bad defense.

Hell, look at most of Marino's career.

Wilson's movement was clearly compromised for several weeks after the Dolphins game.

Just stop it. You saying you pumped Tannehill after last year's Texans game?

Cause that's what Moore did last night. I'm not taking anything away from Moore, just like I credited Tannehill with taking the throws in the Texans game. But neither guy was doing anything crazy in either of these games.

    Sure.

They put up 10 points last week. 22nd ranked offense, 19th ranked run game. Defense somehow is ranked 1st, but has been giving up tons of yards and points this year. They screwed me all year in my fantasy league.

Look, I'm a fan of Tannehill and he's come a long way. But at the same time, I've heard folks here trash Moore for five years now when it was clear that they were clueless...and I stayed quiet. All the threads on this board (prior to this one) were basically calling Moore a scrub, so I shared my viewpoint.

What followed was 11 pages of hate...that's on you fine folks.

Here's my main point though- why? Why does it bother people that I like Matt Moore? Why are people upset that he played great last night? Why are people talking QB controversy when there clearly isn't one? Why are people hoping that Tannehill plays in two weeks and risks ending his entire career?

Its because the die-hard Tannehill fans are terrified of Moore stealing the QB1 role. And that's just plain stupid; it's not going to happen regardless of how good/bad Moore plays. So there's nothing to see here people...move along.

A dud for sure, especially now that Wilson looks to be moving much better again, Packers always play Wilson pretty well though. Are you doubting that Wilson's movement wasn't right earlier this year?

Prove either of the bold. Please. It's just 100% not true and you're just talking out of your ***. Not 1 person here is upset Moore played well, we are upset about the predictable ridiculous double standards by you and everyone else.

You don't 'like' Matt Moore. Your OP paints the picture that you have a Moore fathead in your room that you furiously masturbate to. That is not an OP about a player that someone just 'likes'. The exaggerations and over-glorifications were over the top when you made the post, and they are still today.

If Moore wasn't a 'scrub' (your words) he wouldn't be a back up. He has never been a real starting QB, and he's never going to be. Moore is going to retire as a career back up. He's good, but not that good, and that's basically going to be the summary of his career.

I've always liked Moore and have been happy to have him as a back-up, personally. I thought he may have gotten screwed in 2012 when they started RT over him. He'd just finished off 2011 playing well, couldn't understand why they didn't start him. At one point I may have questioned why they paid him so much...right now, who can argue it? He filled right in.

But he's always stuck with the team and RT...that says something. And RT stuck with him in this game, as MM specifically pointed out. We're pretty damn blessed to have the QB corps we have, when you consider both could start ahead of several current starters in the NFL.

But I firmly believe he is a noticeable drop-off from RT. What makes it look so different, is MM takes those chances we want RT to take (even though the trolls would be like, "Tannehill sucks" if he did...but praise Moore when he does). Hopefully RT picks up on some of that watching from the sidelines, because he would EXPLODE if he were less risk-averse in many situations. He CAN make the throws, I just think he doesn't see them in game action.

Either way, we're 9-5 after a 6-10 season, with a nearly-full coaching staff replacement, new offense and defense systems, with 2 of our biggest players on IR. The future is bright...and I'm very thankful for Gase.

I couldn't agree more. Tannehill is the better all-around quarterback. Moore is the smarter player. You can win with both. That's why I haven't understood all the negativity from those who are remaining eerily silent now.

Hey, Keyfin I'm with you bro. I personally prefer Matt Moore over Tannehill even though Tannehill is the better choice as the starter. Matt Moore is exciting to watch (my personal view) because who doesn't love the deep ball? However, I fully acknowledge that this is Tannehill's team and he will be the starter again to resume winning games as he has been doing this season regardless of what Matt Moore does through out the rest of the remaining games.

Yeah, I'm talking about team success, not individual, try to keep up. Squeaking into the postseason via Wildcard with a HoF QB because you have no run game and bad defenses.

Bottom line Key, people had more of a problem with your bit of an over the top take with Moore than the actual player. Nobody was hating on Moore. And for you to consider that hating is lame.Only think lamer is that you continue to say fans are afraid Moore taking the starter spot. Honestly silly. I trust Gase . Looks like he feels like most of what everyone is saying here.. Moore is a great back up to the starter Ryan. Those words come out of his mouth... so I tend to believe him

I will say I was wrong about Matt Moore in the sense that he should have been cut at the beginning of the season.

Still, after that game, I do not think he is good enough to be a starter in the NFL. Heck, Geno Smith had a perfect game once, Matt Flynn has the record for the most touchdowns in a game for the Packers, and there are a lot more examples of mediocre to bad quarterbacks having good to great games.

I am happy as a lottery winning sex addict in a whore house with Matt Moore's performance yesterday. However, he did not do anything to change my mind about him being not good enough to be a starting quarterback in this league.

The only evidence anyone has the past 5 years on IF Matt Moore can start in the NFL (why argue that anyways?) is a 4 TD game. Sounds silly to me.

He's improved alot from last year. No question about it that he has a shot of being a tier one QB. Tannehill needs a better pocket awareness and he's set.

Matt Moore is a tier 3 QB. I just love me some Moore is all. I hope a team offers us some draft picks for him after this season so I can watch Moore start. As long as it's not the Jets because then I have to root against him.
