Will Allen announced just a couple of minutes ago to be on ESPN2's First Take.

Didn't say too much. Just that the new regime came in and changed the culture. He talked about how when they practice they have to do everything right, not just mostly right. He said its nice to control your own destiny and that if they win out the go to the playoffs. One game at a time we are getting ready for San Fran. Pretty much it. Nice to see us getting more TV exposure. what a year it has been
