I like Penny, but I sure hope that he doesn't play a down as that would mean that (1) we've been healthy and (2) Henne is playing well enough for Penny not to take over the starting job. But, basically the contract works out that if he plays enough, he'll get paid more like a starter (albeit probably a cheap one), which in that case he would be.

penny has connected on more bombs in the nfl the henne will ever dream of here with these recievers.they might not be pretty but atleast he connects most of the time.

 

There is really one big diffrence between Henne and Pennington right now first of all Henne has only played in 17 total games and Pennington has played in 88 and Chad Hennes longest Throw is only 13 yards shorter then Penningtons career long, chad Henne can go deep he would have had a couple last year if there werent called back because of a penelty. the only thing i wish Henne had that Pennington has is his leadership and his touch.
