I think the Fins are working to hard on the Orange out to care about a howl.

This is great idea.

A lot of stadiums do the stupid tombstone sound on 3rd down when on defense... Maybe instead a wolf howl, and the entire stadium gets into it. That would make opposing offenses lose their collective ****.

I emailed a few the stadium marketing pr's, to try and get it on the jumbotron. I am going to post on some other sites, we can get this done. Those of you who are lucky enough to go to the game, Try your best to get your entire seat section involved.

Our team has gone out and done something that we did not expect..It's our turn to welcome them home by changing our own culture as a fanbase, regardless if we are at such a disadvantage {stadium} relative to other's..

I know me as a fan, if our players are not connected to us on some level, its going to b somewhate hollow when we do win a championship, jmo....so lets not let that happen, we have a chance to connect with them here...Can you conceptualize what it would sound like and feel to them if 60,000 fans start to Freakin Howl..

Quick question: I keep hearing about how bad the stadium is and how it is a disadvantage compared to others. Is this because of the field (baseball dirt), fan noise (i.e. not Seattle level of craziness) or is it something else?

Just curious because I have only been to three stadiums (Bills, Fins, Giants) and always had a great time. Could be because I have never seen the Fins lose, as well as the beers (well certainly cause of the beers!) but always had a blast.

Any insight would be great.

i just emailed executive producer Mark Hochman from the dan lebatard show, he hired me at 790.........gunna see if he bites on the howling idea. ill keep you posted. listen to hear if they mention it

Well since I am in Arizona I can't be at the game, but please believe me on game night, I will be howling every time the defense is on the field :up:

Howling isn't as loud as shouting or screaming. Crowd noise is only effective if it's loud. Loud enough to cause communication problems, which lead to false starts, missed blocking assignments, and delay of game penalties. Sanchez isn’t going to freak out and think Werewolves are after him if a crowd of Dolphin fans start howling at him. He is a grown man and a professional athlete.

That being said, if howling enhances your personal enjoyment of the game, by all means howl! I find it a little silly, but then I’ve played MMORPGs, so I don’t have much room to judge.

I am useless in this endeavor, other than howling in some Pats fan's grill, and getting into a fight.....of which sounds great right now!!

purely, architecturally, flawed...The suits did not have the intelligence, nor forsight to build according to gameday atmosphere, and literally, built with a noise factor being prominent..Huge mistake financially..

The stadium and the variables gang up on the fan, and puts them on their ass, the team is just too far away for us to make an impact, thus resulting in passive behavior, thus resulting in multiple flat performances by the home team.

Im not saying that we have to howl everytime it is 3rd down. Its just that this offseason the motto was "Feed the Wolf" and the defense has ought into it and loves it. The past two games, in which the defense played great, afterwards they are howling in the locker room. Im sure Vontae and Wake do some howling on the field. Just imagine how they are going to feel when the whole stadium howls when they come out on the field for their first time being home this season. Let them know we appreciate them. When they make a big play...oooooooooooouuuuuuuuuu!!!!

Just like when T.Heap gets the ball and the fans scream HHEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!

your coach doesn't think its silly, nor does Y bell.. and iam not doing it for my own personell enjoyment TT...have you watched our guys in the locker room after a game..One thing you might not be taking into account, and that is, human beings are playing this game, and human beings are emotional creature's..you have no idea what makes a player rise up to achieve max cardio output.

your right about the noise thing, but that's a futile attempt anyway's at our stadium.. I'll take 60,000 howler's.
