Between this game and the Indy game it's beyond terrible. This game we didn't deserve to win anyways, but when refs are giving one side such an advantage then something really needs to be done.
There has to be end in site. This is insane. - The second and third calls on Carrol were crap. - There was a flagrant block in the back on the punt return. - The Hartline decapitation that killed the drive. - The push off call on Hartline to kill the game. - The various non calls on their secondary. - The pretending holding isn't a penalty if its committed on Wake. That was just this ****ing game.
yeah the reffing has been pretty anus but we still lack play makers the reffing on top of our talent makes these games hard to watch at times
saying was two things in life are for certain... death and taxes.... we can add bad calls against our Dolphins to that.

Most of this season has been crappy reffing. It's like a popularity contest more than a clean called game.

I want to be clear, I'm normally the guy that if we get a bs call go our way, I root for the other team to get one go their way so they can offset and we can win fair and square.

The refs didn't cause Carpenter to miss the FG. The refs didn't cause two INTs in the 4th quarter when we needed 7. The refs didn't cause us to forget how to block or rush the ball.
I just wish they would be consistent with their PI calls. Stevie Johnson was pushing off on those comeback routes all game but Hartline does it and gets called? I am fine with that call but man you gotta be consistent with that.
Wake needs to swallow his pride, seriously, and start complaining to the refs more. I can't believe how many times he had the OT hanging around his neck or flat our grabbing him and spinning him around... Yet Wake just gets up and walks back to the defensive huddle every time. Wake needs to start getting the refs attention. Granted he shouldn't have to, but dammit... he needs to.
I don't care what you saw. I saw us get abused by the third team and we still had a chance to win it....until they called a bull**** OPI on Hartline.
The missed FG is meaningless in this game. The killed drives thanks to BS calls and the extended ones because of bull**** calls or non calls by the refs is the problem.
See who is reffing playoff games compared to our crappy games reffed. You'll see how bad we were screwed.
This is my 40th year watching the Dolphins play and I am 100% they have gotten the short end of the stick each and every game! Tonight I am sure of it.
I have come close to breaking my tv a few times over some of the calls against us. Even when they review calls the refs seem to screw things up. Then it seems like guys make the greatest INT's and fumble recoveries in NFL history against us and knuckleheads like Sean Smith have gimme INTs go through their hands. I sometimes think there is a curse on this team....things rarely seem to go our way and if something can go wrong, this team finds a way of doing it. Since Shula and Marino retired it seems like we have been cursed.
Can you imagine the media outrage if these were replacement refs? But since they are the regular officiating crews the media shrugs and says its all part of the game.
