Did you happen to hear Cowher today say the popular choice isn't always the best choice or the right choice? He mentioned coaches and GM's need time to implement their own and they are getting experience every year at doing it teams are throwing away valuable experience by not giving them time. Wonder if he had Miami in mind? -
