I find it funny how everyone assumes that this is all true.

Now, I'm not saying she is a liar or anything. But after coming up with those kind of allegations, she better have some solid evidence backing them up.

 

I think people assume its true because we have all heard it before. Whether it is Kobe, Shaq, Magic Johnson, James Worthy (man the Lakers are screwed up...) Shawn Kemp, Karl Malone, Michael Jordan or others, where there is smoke, there is fire.

I am willing to bet that the infidelity part is tre, maybe even the STD. The kids thing sucks if true. However, I have to quesiton a woman who is putting her kid's name out there in the media's clutches to try and drag Dwayne's name through the mud. It doesn't speak highly of her in my view.

And I am sure she will get an insane amount of money for "child support," which drive me absolutely bonkers. Sad situation.

 

I'm sorry, but she's a ***** for coming out in the open with all of this. She's definitely looking for attention. I'm not saying it's not true, because I've seen him hugged up with Gabrielle Union in person myself, but still. Shut up and handle your business behind closed doors, especially if you're THAT concerned about your children and what they think about their father.

I don't blame D-Wade, though. High school sweetheart or not, she's ugly and personality is overrated. Gabrielle Union is flat out sexy. Now if we're talking Star Jones, um, that's another story.

Oh, and by the way.. Dwyane took his kids to the Chuckie Cheese in Pines like right before Miami's current road trip. I saw pictures in the Herald not too long ago. So I guess she's lying about that one. I mean, it doesn't even make sense. He hasn't seen his kids in months, so they're afraid of him? Afraid? Wow.

But the cheating part, that's a lock.. Wade gets my props for that one, though.

 

You realize this info was in the court documents? It isnt like she held a press conference.

 

She could have been talking about this happening years ago for all we know. Nothing in the quote says she's talking about anything current. I'd imagine she's overstating the parenting issues though tbh. It makes her claims for custody/money that much stronger. I believe the cheating and STD thing.

 

Like I said, I'm not saying Dwyane Wade didn't cheat, because I've never even met the guy face-to-face, let alone know his personal life. But personally, if I'm Wade, and my ex-wife claimed I gave her an STD, she better have medical records.

Like I said, he's my favorite athlete in the world and will probably end up as my favorite all time when his career is over. However, I don't care to defend him in anything that isn't related to basketball. As long as he continues to perform well on the court and doesn't necessary break an outrageous law, then I don't really care. I mean, cheating on your wife.. is that really a law these days? Not in this society. Sounds harsh, but so is reality. I've been with my lady since high school, but I've seen Bad Boys II enough to say, well, he did the right thing.

I just wanted to add.. whether or not he gave her an STD, it's disgusting that she'd even consider putting that out into the public. Like seriously, that's sick. Why would you do that?

 

the cheating and std, I do not think will have an effect unless the judge feels sorry for her. Which leads me to believe more then likely its just a tactic to scare wade into an agreement.

No matter, the ex wifey didn't put it out there, in a divorce proceeding, the pleadings are public record, when a case goes to court, there is a finding of responsiblity for the marriage breaking down, if Wade can be shown to be largely at fault, she gets more extortion moni...err..."Alimony"...and of course when it comes to the real cash cow, the children, if DWade can be shown to be a poor dad, she receives even more cash.

The other stuff is just B$, DWade bought his moms church...big deal...and his friends having an account to access is a big so what moment, maybe they were starting businesses or were really working for Wade doing stuff like detailing the cars or fetching coffee or whatever.

Nah, in a divorce, the lawyers throw everything but not opening the car door into the lawsuit, and "She" did not put this out into the public, some reporter sniffed through the filings, and found the allegations.

I mean the Ex Mrs Wade would not exactly benefit from letting it be known that she had an STD...

No man, it doesn't work like that, what good would it do to put that sort of thing out in the open? Not much.

But when the lawyer files the claim, anyone can go down to the courthouse and pay 5 bucks and have the whole thing photocopied and given to them, some reporter no doubt was trying to make a couple of bucks (I'd think about 2,000 or so) for doing the legwork.

well they don't have to court even if she files no? Im not saying they came right out and said settle or else, I'm saying him seeing it and knowing he is a celeb, is basically enough to get him to think hey this is going to get dirty real quick, I better settle.

 

I do find it interesting that Dwyane is the one who filed for the divorce, though. You'd think that knowing all of this, she'd be the one to do it. I mean, he comes home, gives her an STD, then files for a divorce? Doesn't quite add up. There's two sides to every story, but society does allow women (again, sorry, but it's true) to play the victim role 9 times out of 10, regardless of the actual truth.

"Poor kids" is all I got out of this. Even if she's lying, this is going to stick with them for the rest of their lives. It's sad enough that their parents are separated, much less the fact that it's gone public and ugly. They're too young to understand, but eventually they will.

All would be cured if Gabrielle Union babysits a few times, I'd say.
