    Continue to work with Henne, rebuild our Oline, get a CB who can catch, get a QB Henne can compete with, get another TE and RB, and to top it off Fire our Coaching staff (Except Nolan).

    Tony will lose his job at the end of the season. Hopefully his replacement is Bill Cowher.
