Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble on xbox live where I can't chat with anybody on my friends list? I also can't match up against a friend either. I can send and receive voice messages and talk to or hear other gamers (same result on wireless and wired headset). This has only been going on for about 4 or 5 days and has worked perfectly up until then? If for example I'm playing fifa, I can go the the lobby chose an opponent to play and its fine as long as that person isn't on my friends list? I'm not one for trash-talking and to be honest rarely talk to other gamers other than a quick hello/good game sort of stuff. is anybody able to shed any light? Thanks
hmm thats odd..... sorry I didnt read all of your problem about the not being able to play people on your friends list only.
Thanks, I'd just spoken to them and said to call back when in front of xbox (at work at mo) seemed pretty helpful and hopefully will be able to sort
Sounds stupid, but try reseting your router, like a full reset. i had the same problem with my ps3 and it had something to do with the router and NAT settings. But i am curious to see what Msoft has you do.
I spoke to Microsoft last night for about an hour, just got me to test the connection delete/recover profile and still wont work! Customer Service was good but after it all suggested I speak to my ISP - who of course said there wasn't anything wrong!?!?
