Xbox live/headset help

hmm thats odd..... sorry I didnt read all of your problem about the not being able to play people on your friends list only.

Yeah it's weird as I can play against other gamers

call Microsoft, they're pretty good at fixing issues

Thanks, I'd just spoken to them and said to call back when in front of xbox (at work at mo) seemed pretty helpful and hopefully will be able to sort

They've always been helptful (except before they extended the warranty on the RRoD issue)

Sounds stupid, but try reseting your router, like a full reset. i had the same problem with my ps3 and it had something to do with the router and NAT settings.

But i am curious to see what Msoft has you do.

I spoke to Microsoft last night for about an hour, just got me to test the connection delete/recover profile and still wont work! Customer Service was good but after it all suggested I speak to my ISP - who of course said there wasn't anything wrong!?!?:sad:
