    I just cannot say enough about the job Parcells and staff have done with personnel. Look at the ages of our projected starters on Defense.

    Average Age: 25

    I'm indifferent about their age. Age is just a number I wouldn't care if they were older as long as they performed.

    I think the point he's trying to make is that there is a good chance this group could be together (for the most part) for several years, therefore giving us consistency (hopefully the good kind)
