YouTube video upload problem...

    i am trying to upload my highschool highlight tape.....i have it on dvd....

    i have a macbook....i put my dvd in the computer, go to the upload page on youtube.....and when i try to select i file.....these files come up on my computer as my disk....

    VIDEO_TS.BUP

    VIDEO_TS.IFO

    VIDEO_TS.VOB

    VTS_01_0.BUP

    VTS_01_0.IFO

    VTS_01_1.VOB

    wtf does that mean?! and how can i rip this dvd onto my computer as one file so i can upload it onto youtube?!? thanks....

    i guess its too big......there are multiple files....which one is the one thats a video?! i dunno which one to choose to try to convert....

    IFO and VOB files are DVD files, you'll need to turn that into an mpg4. Try downloading DVD Decryper and turn the DVD into a mpeg4 files.

    Basically YouTube only accepts certain codecs and it won't accept your IFO/VOB codecs.
