For all of you who want to get healthy, feel better & more energized, live longer, age slower, and reduce/rid the risk of disease, I created a very precise program that targets every aspect of a healthy body. This is probably the most exact and effective method anyone could possibly follow, so you'll have to trust the information I'm giving. It has worked so well that I was asked by a surgeon at UNC medical to write up a thesis on it to be presented to the hospital's board in an attempt to get funding for an in depth study on it. If you follow what I say, it will transform your life and those around you who might be suffering from any aspect of poor health, disease, conditions, etc. If you follow this program, within a few months, you will have more energy/motivation/mental clarity/ability to concetrate than you've ever thought possible. I should be charing you guys for this info, but you're all my brother Fins fans!!

For a little background on this/me: I was having major health problems.... was tested for Hodgkins Disease and had abnormal functioning of my liver, kidneys, thyroid, and more. Digestive disorders, Cholesterol problems, and Fibromyalgia, too (already had my knee and shoulder operated on b/c of it, and my doctor said my knee looked like an 80 year old man's). At the same time I had chronic Epstein Barr Virus, which is like a form of mono (except it lasts for up to six months at a time and comes and goes with stress etc). I was diagnosed with having Chronic-Fatigue Syndrome along with it. Accompanying all this was the Systemic Candidiasis <that I mentioned in ANLGP's thread> which is the fungus in the blood due to a compromised digestive system that was polluting and toxifying my entire body. $1,000 blood work was showing problems all across the map. I left out all the symptoms I was experiencing b/c that would take toooooo long to write up. LOL.

Because my immune system was working on overload and my inability to absorb nutrients, my body and brain literally felt dead to the world!! When I say dead to the world, I seriously mean dead to the world....24 hours a day, every day (not just a metaphor). I was on an IV Vitamin infusion, which helped a little. My doctor couldn't help and wanted to try all kinds of stupid medical treatments and seek opinions from other specialists, hence going through more tests, treatments, and of course more cost. LOL. And none of that would've helped. I already knew a great deal about natural health methods, so I went to work on that approach.

Over a few months I studied and read up on everything until I could develop my own course of action that I had broken down into a science basically. From there I worked on finding out what products are the most effective for each prong of my attack. That was a lot of research and trial and error on my part.... and after a few months I had it tweaked to perfection. I doubt there is a physician in the country who knows my regimen, and there are very few who would comprehend it. The problem stems from our country's principles on modern medicine. US medicine focuses on treating symptoms rather than disease prevention. The sicker we are, the more money they make. Medical school teaches students how to check down a list of symptoms and prescribe a synthetic pharmaceutical drug to treat the symptom, but never treating the actual cause or teaching us how to stay healthy and prevent disease. If we become healthy, US medical world will go belly up, just like any company that isn't netting a profit (physicians, hospitals, clinics, practices, and pharmaceutical companies would crumble). The worst drug cartel in the world isn't growing coke in Columbia, they're selling prescription medication in America.

So, keep in mind the stuff I tell you can not be condoned or verified by a doctor b/c they were not trained on disease prevention or using earth's natural resources to keep us healthy, and they can not give advice on anything they were not trained on. The FDA is a piece of s#it that tries to blast/discredit any natural product that poses a threat to the Pharmaceutical company's success and wallet.

Our bodies aren't comprised of pharmaceutical chemicals..... they're comprised of water, vitamins, minerals, and earth's natural elements. If we're lacking in nutrients, pharmaceutical medication will not make up for it.... only supplying ourselves with the nutrients we're missing will fix any problems. If we haven't been getting all the nutrients we need, we will start having problems.... and your insides/blood etc will become polluted and toxic. Think of your body as a vacuum cleaner. It is constantly tying to clean out all that crap that we eat and breathe that are not meant to be in us. Just like you have to empty your vacuum cleaner, you need to empty your own selves of all the pollution that's built up.... but you need to give your body the tools/nutrients to clean itself.

Anyone who wants the list of supplements to take to completely change your health, feel more alive than you've ever felt in your life, have an inexorbinant amount of energy, and potentially rid yourself of fibromyalgia, arthritis, intestinal disorders, cancer, parkinsons, MS, etc, then please send me a PM and I'll give you the list of what to take that all work off of each other.

***For those of you who already read this thread when I had everything listed, I apologize for taking it down, but I'm working on a book and have some DR's who want to begin a hospital/clinical study on its effects on health/disease.... so for my own safety I have to keep it more private for the time being. Thanks for understanding. ;)

Can you take all/most of these liquids together? I know none of it tastes good, so can you just throw the greens, fish oil, and majority of other stuff into one glass of water and just down it all?

btw: 5 stars, this is extremely informative, and your writing style is clear and professional.

thanks Seth. You can take all the liquids at once. I do, and I add the greens powder to it. I mix it with about 8 oz water, shake it good, and chug it as fast as I can! LOL. Tastes like s#it, but it's so worth it.

I do the Oxygen drops in 4 oz water first, then I do the gag concoction.... and I swallow the Omega 3's and MSM capsules. All done for the day and I do it before breakfast.

good question, maybe the amino acids you cycle? but the other stuff is year round?

also, do you basically work off the bottle's recommendation(suggested dosages)? should bigger people up dosages?

Is there a way to get all this good stuff via foods and not vitamins? I saw some for the antioxidants...

I'd prefer to do it the natural way.

TP, let me run some things by you:

It is my belief that many many health problems come from a poor diet as well as a lack of proper movement and just plain common sense.

    For example, Booze...FireWater...etc

Alcohol is mostly known for it's negative effects related to overconsumption.

Two drinks should have one glass of water, Booze is best taken on a lightly filled stomach by someone who knows their limitations.

Eat hot wings, pizza, and nachos and then drink heavily the pollution in one's system is memorable, alcohol basically ferments in one's digestive track along with the nice bread and processed meats (they add nitrates to things like pepperoni and prepacked chicken wings...)

Alcohol properly and responsibly consumed will lead to lower CHL levels as well as lower blood pressure.

A few supplements that I can personally recommend:

Vitamin C, theraputic doses are until one has a loose stool.

Milk Thistle, a natural detoxification agent, it cleanses the liver from many external pollutants.

St John's Wort, stress reducer, in liquid form

Wine or Grape Juice, sticky stuff to remove bad things in the blood system.

Cranberry juice: changes PH and cleans the system

Pickled Foods: PH changer coupled with whole foods

Artichoke Hearts: Another natural cleanser, this cousin of a thistles contains sulfur compounds that help to cleanse one's system, coupled with olive oil and oregano, a really healthy food.

I-Ching Tai Chi, dirt simple, 8 movements, anyone can learn how to do those moves.

The body naturally replaces every cell on a natural cycle, know there is a rhythm to one's body, and each one is different, and avoid over consumption of processed foods, sugar, and sugar replacements, and eat whole foods, the closer it looks to being something, the better food it is.

I updated the list of supplements to make it the most cost effective possible. Everything can be purchased at a tremendous discount through Vitacost.com. The Oxygen Elements is still through Ebay. I also updated the dosages and when to use it.

I'd take it according to the height/size you should be when at optimum weight. If that ends up being 6'3, 220+, then I'd up the dosage a little.... maybe start at recommended level, then work up to 25% more than that. The amino acids can be taken daily, especially if you're working out (then I'd take 1 oz a day).

On days you guys are weight training heavily, you can split your liquid concoction into 2 parts, taking the 2nd part immediately after your workout when your cells are completely open and ready to absorb everything you throw at them.

Good question. It's VERY hard to do it via food b/c of how poor soil quality is now. The soil has been so heavily raped, that 1 head of lettuce 40 years ago is equal in nutrient quality to a bathtub full of lettuce today. Veggies today lack so many necessary minerals that I don't even bother to take the chance. What I devised gives you everything you need down to a science w/o the worries of missing anything.

Also, I wanted to run this by you as my wife knows a bit about nutrition, and mentioned spices high orac value. can you help us understand this list though?

    http://oracvalues.com/sort/orac-value

this is showing orac scores in the hundred thousands...but how would you go about taking these spices on a regular basis? i mean, how do you pop a healthy dose of spices other than putting it on a steak or something.

This is per 3.5 oz..... so yeah, you'd have to eat spices till you puke in order to get that much ORAC from them. LOL. I use a lot of spices when I cook. Great for your digestive system, and parasites/candida yeast in your gut do not like them. The acai berry is the highest for any plant, and they taste pretty good, too. Acai is in the "Orac Super 7" that I mentioned. You feel a complete burst of energy when you take an oz of that stuff. Cacao is the other one that's easier to get w/o paying a ton of money. All your berries (that are non-dingle) are what you want to stick with. I usually buy them frozen and add them to a breakfast smoothie with Muscle Milk Natural.

it was my Bday today so I get a pardon. :tongue2:

I'll get you the rest tomorrow. :knucks:

There are national best seller books by notable MD's who speak against what I do. Pay no attention to what you hear or read. These guys are cancers to the natural world of beneficial health supplements. Trust me on this. They say this stuff, and at the same time they're jabbing a dull Ginsu right into your back. The crap that I read from these guys makes me sick to my stomach like they're intentionally trying to lead the general public astray so the Pharmaceutical companies can continue stuffing boats, cars, homes, vacations, and *** loads of cash into their wallets. Ugggg. Sorry for ranting.

Ps: while you're getting started, you might want to take the liquid concoction after your shake if it seems hard on your stomach.

If you know anyone with serious diseases, cancer, illnesses, conditions, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems, Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis, etc, there are a few extra things that MUST be taken.

    Thanks Seth.
By the way. I just turned 35 and I still get ID'd for wine, beer, or entering a bar from time to time. :D The program that I devised works phenominally. It's helped a lot of people regain their health and rid themselves of health issues that doctors have said are untreateble. I'm in the process of writing a book for it, so you guys would be further testimonial to its crazy success. I will say- when I slack and forget to follow my program for a month or so, I feel half as good as when I'm on it.

For the 1st 2-4 weeks, I recommend all your meals coming from the Muscle Milk Natural shakes mixed with frozen fruit..... while having one solid meal per day to satisfy your urge to have something to chew and eat. This takes all the guess work out of it and makes it very easy to break bad food habits and carb/sugar addiction. Once all of this is in your system for a few weeks it acts like a kill switch for all the bad foods you normally have cravings for. Your body will also drop a good deal of body fat in the process. No kidding. Following this regimen is a secret way to majorly losing weight while toning up in the process. ;) you can continue taking the shakes in place of meals for months if you want bc you're already getting all the nutrients your body needs from the program. I'll write back later today about the diet part and rest of it.

I mix 8oz milk, oz water, a handful of ice and a handful of frozen fruit and it doesn't really taste to bad that way to me. The frozen fruit really seems to help it out, but maybe I've built up a good tolerance. If you don't like the Muscle Milk, wait till you try the greens drink if you haven't already done so. :tongue2:

the pre-made muscle milk packs taste pretty good. but im kinda "off" heavy protein from animals at the moment. im taking a vegetarian protein powder. oh god, they have the nerve to call it "chocolate"? its taste and texture is horrific. raw eggs are much more pleasant on the palate.

I can't give diet advise b/c diets change based on your blood type. What's good for one type might be counter-productive to another. You guys should buy the book "Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type". All of the blood types, however, benefit from quality vegetable consumption. I prefer to keep fruits to a minimun (unless they are low glycemic) if I'm eating other carbs b/c fruit still has sugar, and excessive sugar is an enemy to the body.

    A few suggestions:
-Eat lots of fresh, live foods as these are full of nutrients, enzymes, and natural energy.
-Raw spinich & fresh field greeen salads with lots of raw veggies in them, and a low sugar dressing.... or make your own with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, cracked pepper.
-Eat natural, uncooked nuts like almonds and cashews.... or sesame seeds.

Once you get started on eating like this, you almost become addicted to eating healthy and you have no urge to eat crap food again. I start with a shake for breakfast b/c it's easy and then I eat 1-2 large field green/spring mix salads with tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli or alfalfa sprouts, shaved carrots, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, and raw sunflower seeds and chicken, fish, or turkey. For dinner I usually eat more fish, chicken, or lean steak (from time to time) along with steamed broccoli, cauliflower, broccliflower, fresh sliced tomatoes with olive oil, basil, garlic, seasalt, and fresh cracked pepper on them. If I have pasta it's whole wheat with a fresh homemade sauce.... and if I have rice, I eat brown rice. Throughout the day I'll snack on raw nuts if I'm hungry, and I drink a lot of water. I add mineral drops ("Trace Mineral Liquid" from Vitamin Shoppe) to the water so that my body will utilize the water rather than peeing it out so quickly. I take my enzymes with each meal as well as my 3-6-9 EFAs.

-Switch from white rice to brown rice.
-Switch from Idaho potatoes to red potatoes with the skin.
-Switch from normal starchy pasta to whole wheat pasta
-Switch normal pizza to whole wheat gluten free pizza.
-Switch white bread to 100% whole grain or even gluten free bread.
-Swith butter to Smart Balance or one of those non trans fat, non hydrogenated
-Switch processed cheeses to natural cheese
-If eat fruits, try to switch to more low glycemic fruits so you're not spiking your insulin levels
-Stop eating anything with Gluten, Trans-Fats, or Partially Hydrogenated Soy Oil
-Stop eating fast food and anything with sugar in it
-No sodas as it increases the acid in your body (lowering your PH) which inhibits oxygen
-Stop caffeine... if you drink it, drink 1 glass of extra water per serving caffeine.
-If drink alcohol, drink 1 glass water per serving of alcohol.
-Absolutely do not use Artificial Sweeteners as they make you gain weight and are horrible in your body. Some turn to formaldehyde in your body while others become chlorine.
-if you need to sweeten, use Stevia instead. It's natural and safe.
-If you have Mercury fillings, you might want to have them removed as their fumes from chewing, grinding teeth etc are highly toxic. The amount that's in your filling is enough to kill every living fish in a 1 acre lake. It can cause serious disease, get into your brain, cause neurological disorders, etc. It's dangers are all highly documented. (despite what your dentist might say)

-stop microwaving food if you can. Thaw food in hot water & reheat using the stove or oven as microwaves make food acidic by nature; depletes their nutrients; radiation affecting the brain and nervous system resulting in headaches, backaches, disorientation, and altered brain wave patterns; Because microwaved food is chemically altered as it is heated, those chemical changes are passed along to the body when the food is ingested>>> leads to potentially decreased hemoglobin in the blood (the molecule necessary for transporting oxygen to cells); decreased beneficial HDL cholesterol; and decreased numbers of disease-fighting white blood cells. In turn, these decreases may lead to anemia, lowered immune responses, and a greater risk of heart disease.
    -Stop using coated cooking wear
    -Don't use aerosols
-don't wash with antibacterial soap (a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide can be very effective in the shower).
-get an ionic air purifier for your bedroom. You spend 1/3 or more of your life here, so the air should be as clean as possible so your lungs, liver, etc aren't taxed so much. One cleaning of the purifier and you'll see how much it's saving from polluting your body from.
-Look into ozonation methods that get extra "unstable" oxygen into your body. You can get shower heads that do it and devices that will ozonate water for you.
-The water you drink should be higher PH water. Zephyr Hills is one of the least expensive of the quality PH waters. Dannon is good. Evian is awesome. (off the top of my head)
-If you have the time to do cardio when you first wake up, it is the best time to burn fat b/c your body has burned off its glucose energy supply while you're sleeping so it turns to fat burning much quicker than normal. Do not do cardio shortly after eating/drinking carbs if you are trying to lose weight. If you're weight training, ALWAYS do weights first, cardio second (although you still should do a 5-10 minute light warm up in the beginning to get the blood flowing). Weight training is another post. ;) I'll get to that tomorrow or so. I was certified as a personal trainer in college by a guy who knew his stuff pretty well, unlike many of these meat heads today. LOL.

well, i just ordered yesterday. pretty much everything.

one thing, with ox elements max there was a white cap and a blue cap one available. i ordered the one with the white cap. it said "dietary supplement". i ordered it because it had free shipping. is this the right one, are they basically the same?

also, can you take bioastin in the morning with everything else? why mid-day?

White cap is what I have. Blue cap might be the regular Oxygen Elements or the older version. Not sure. I'll check into it.

I take the bioastin later in the day bc I'm already getting a good dose of antioxidants in the morning with the Orac 7, so I figured it might be more effective splitting it up.

I'm serious about waiting till the beginning of your weekend to start. You're probably going to be crapping like you've never crapped before! For your first 2-3 days keep your solid food consumption to almost nothing....and drink the greens mixture 2-3 times a day to cleanse you out and as your primary food source. If you feel the urge to eat solid food, keep it to fresh, raw, veggies and fruit but keep it to a minimum. Drink tons of water over these few days. You are going to have cravings up the yinyang but you gotta fight through them. (still do all the other stuff if your stomach can tolerate it. Mine can, but some people can't. The key though is the greens, the Oxygen Elements, and probably the Orac 7 for extra energy)

Within seconds of drinking the greens (Green Vibrance) you'll feel its energy and oxygen being absorbed. It gives most people a little rush and awakening to the head. Same goes for the Orac 7.

Congrats on your new venture. Committing yourself to doing it is the hardest part. As they say: the longest part of any journey is the first step. ;) If you can stick with it, you'll see HUGE rewards within just a few months. Write down how you feel now: Your energy level, motivation, attitude, ability to manage stress, appearance (skin and weight), and mental clarity on scale 1-10 each. Make a note of any health problems or concerns you have now as well as any place you experience aches and pains. Allergies etc. In 2 months redo this list and you can share it with the rest of us if you don't mind. Best of luck, Seth.

Thanks for all you've done in this thread. I'll be honest, I pretty much take good care of myself. I been into greens for a while, but in capsule form. I take a similar green goodness type product, and extra wheat grass. and i exercise. my wife is a vegetarian, plus we have a 2 yr old, so we try to keep a lot of fruits and veggies around, and try to eat well as a family. thats not to say i dont eat garbage from time to time. and all the left over halloween candy has been a big temptation. but genetically speaking, i never fluctuate out of the same 10 lb parameter, whether im watching what i eat or not. i can not workout for months/years, and still be able to run a few miles(albeit slow miles).

but i dont sleep well. we never get a nights sleep of 8 uninterrupted hours. not that we're up all night with a crying kid. but she cries, we wake up, tuck her back in, and 10 minutes later pass back out. thats the typical nightly scenario. sometimes once, sometimes 3 or 4 times. plus, i've never been a high energy guy, and thought i had IBS too. so this is about energizing, and feeling healthier and setting a gameplan so im fit and active in the years to come too. not every case study needs to be a TOTAL makeover though. im definitely looking forward to it. thanks again!

Definitely, Seth. Anything I can do to help. This program should be a piece of cake for you then! Have you guys watched "Food Inc" yet? That's some scary s#it!! Gotta watch it if you haven't done so.

If you have IBS symptoms still, you probably have some yeast overgrowth in your intestines....maybe a gluten allergy. At least you passed the spit test, so you know it's not in your blood stream. I'd highly recommend starting the Threelac probiotic if you haven't found anything to help you yet. What's your wife say about it all?

You should notice a difference with the greens bc your body wont have to wait for the capsules to dissolve to get the benefits. With the straight powder way, your body really starts to feel it immediately which I think might be important regarding unlocking all the benefits the greens offers.

I'll set my DVR to try and catch Food Inc.

I think I "had" IBS. I think a lot of it was in my head. In high school, eating cafeteria food or fast food 2 out of 3 meals set a bad tone. Also, I worked at a refurbishing plant for engine parts. I was in contact with varying chemicals and liquids(skin contact), and a nutritionist once told me that it could effect my system. Also, I had a few Aunts and other family members who were self diagnosed with IBS and so, I just assumed I had it. But eventually, I straightened up my diet, and changed some myths, that I had accepted for fact. I went to doctors, had colonoscopes and endoscopes. Everything checked out. And now, its not an issue anymore.

My wife gets annoyed because she said she's been telling me much of what you say, all along, but I didn't listen to her. I mean, you paint a much clearer picture with all these supplements and products, but she's on board with a lot of this stuff and has been for a while. :hi5:

ummm..... is your wife a Phins fan? LOL. :dunno:

Nice to see your IBS is gone. If your family members still have it, you should definitely have them take the spit test in the morning. Starts with symptoms of IBS and before you know it, you've got Fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinsons's etc.

she is now. she was a jest fan! i told her im a traditional guy. 1 family. 1 last name. 1 team. Dolphins or the door.

but since we had our kid, my wifes done a TON of holistic research. diet and health research. illness prevention through healthy living, etc. and thats where her annoyance comes in. i waited to read your thread to make this change in myself, when she's been in my ear all the while to be healthier.
granted, she doesn't have all this data, instruction and list of products that you provide. sometimes us guys need a very clear picture painted before we act, i suppose.

and i will spread the word to my family.

I keep mine in the cabinet b/c it gets really thick and syrupy when I've put it in the frig. Keep the greens in the freezer though. Good luck brother Seth.

Did you get the capsule or powder form of MSM?

MSM is probably the harshest of em all to drink. That stuff really sucks, so it's probably easier to do the capsules. You can experiment with opening a few capsules and adding them to your vitamin mix and see if it's tolerable. :wink2:

Nope... no clumpiness in the freezer. It's actually recommended if possible. Frige being the 2nd best place. Keep me posted on how you feel throughout the weekend. Since you've already been doing the greens, you might not be friends with the toilet so much the next few days.

I gotta be honest. I started this past Sunday. and taste-wise...its not that bad!
now, i haven't received my green vibrance yet. so basicaly, i put the coral calcium, liquid vits, amino acids, and orac super 7 all into 8oz of water. i take a breath, and chug it down. the only taste issue is that the vitamins have an after taste, so i just keep a wheat english muffin on stand-bye. the vitamin's after-taste is like..well...vitamins, as if you chewed on a pill almost. but its really not that bad! how the greens powder will effect things, i dont know.

the first day, i felt a lil burning, like indigestion. today i feel fine tho. good stuff!

great to hear Seth. When you get the GreenVibrance, take that first with some water and half the orac 7 if you need to. (after you take the oxygen elements of course).

I usually feel a quick awakening from it this way...... and it hits me before I'm even done mixing up the vita mixture. LOL. It almost seems like my body completely absorbs much of it quickly when I drink it first like this, which is why I prefer the powder to the caps. Let me know if it works the same way for you.

If you're still having trouble sleeping, a B-12 spray might be nice to pick up to balance out the lack of sleep. It works for a lot of people. I like the "KAL" 2500mcg spray brand. I've tried a few. Some taste like crap, but this one tastes perfectly ok.

i have melatonin pills, but i dont really bother to take them too often. its mostly a lack of discipline crossed with being a night owl my whole life. getting my *** in bed at 10 or 11pm is the problem.

I'm the same way.... maybe bc I was born at midnight. If I'm in bed before 11 then it almost feels like I'm getting jipped out of something. LOL
