Breakfast: Tomato and Cheese sammie w/bacon and coffee

Lunch: Nothing or occasionally two small bags of peanuts

Dinner: Grilled cheese, macaroni salad w/peanuts and jalapenos, mixed bean salad

At my gym they dont even allow you to do kipping unless you can do 20 consecutive strict ones....because as we said they are useless (kipping) and more for "comps".....

I am talking about the other lifts, not pullups....agreed kipping pullups are not productive and if a workout calls for pullups you always have a choice to do whatever ones you want....I always go for just good ole fashioned regular ones or weighted ones....

Heh, I still wind up with more then enough protein, fiber and vitamins

Jalapenos are a very sneaky food, packed with all sorts of goodness ditto tomatoes

Have the 50-70 gms of protein per day, and waaay over the RDA for Vit C

Granted a bit light on the B vitamins found in animal fats, however once a week smoke a huge roast and that is used throughout the week. Also consume far more ACV then the avg american diet in the form of piminzio (Vinegar/Olive oil/Herbs/Fresh Bread)

Overall feel lighter and healthier then when I was in my mid 20's

That's cool. Looks like it will be a decent day for it..low to mid 50's.

I just ran the Chesapeake Bay Bridge 10k the other day in 45:13 (7:17 per mile). I thought that was pretty good considering I never run, and sorta despise running.

I'm doing this marathon as sort of a bucket list thing.
