2021 Armchairs Dynasty FF League Thread

Here are the updated rosters with the draft complete. I can't update the original thread and I'm basing this off of what I compiled at the end of the playoffs. If I'm missing someone, let me know. I'll make a second post of who needs to make what for cuts. I'll enter the rosters this Sunday at the absolute latest.

Future Trades:

MrTakesYourGurley sends conditional 2022 3rd round pick to Zeke & Destroy (will become 2022 2nd round pick if Mike Davis finishes as RB18 or better in scoring)

Update: Everyone is good to go with cuts.

If someone was left on your roster, just let me know. If you don't rescind a cut then I'll just be giving you a one of the lowest ranked players in the Yahoo database that you can cut later since I need to enter 25 players for each team.

Does this factor in recent trades?

MrTakesYoGurley will cut the following players:
QB Nick Mullens
RB Wayne Gallman Jr
RB Boston Scott
RB Justin Jackson
RB Adrian Peterson
WR Josh Reynolds
WR Keke Coutee
WR DeSean Jackson
TE Jack Doyle

Yes but feel free to check my work. I could have missed something.

I'll go with the open roster spot for now and sign a free agent.

Gisele’s Dong also cuts WR Van Jefferson.

Open roster spot

I don't think Ruggs is supposed to be on my team, unless someone just gave him to me out of the kindness of their heart. I mean I'll take it but I find it somewhat doubtful from this crew.

And I guess I better Let Malcom Perry go.

I have Ruggs now.

Sorry about that...add WR Golden Tate back.

Cut
Ryquell Armstread
Kerryon Johnson
Jerick McKinnon
Lynn Bowden
Trey Burton
Vance McDonald
Kyle Rudolph

Ian Thomas and Tim Patrick - please come see coach before heading to the locker room, unfortunately your time on Zeke and Destroy has come to an end. Thanks for your service and good luck on your next team!

Round 2 of cuts complete. Final cuts forthcoming after practice.

@7 if I’m seeing right, you wanted to load the rosters after today correct? So all cuts need to be in by end of the day? I think @259 still needs to make cuts along with myself. And @11916 needs to confirm an open spot or someone going back on?

Ok guys, great night of work outs.....you guys have really shown that you want to be on the team, but as you know there's one more cut to make it through. So, Tarik Cohen and Arizona D........please clean your lockers. You unfortunately finished first in our hearts, but last in the suicides and stadium runs, so it's with a heavy heart that you've been cut.

Tarik Cohen
Arizona D

Your legacy lingers on, but your presence does not!

Basically once SICK makes his cuts, I'll upload the rosters.

Cuts

colt mccoy
Drew Brees
Mike Glennon
Sternberger
Trautman
Wilkins
Boone

The rosters have been entered.

The only notable omissions are Josh Gordon (@6745) and Kai Forbath (@11916) as those players were not in the Yahoo database. They were replaced by a player that was originally cut earlier.

All unassigned players are subject to waivers which will process on August 11, so place your bids right away.

@5492 @259 @1218 @408 @241 @5590 @654 @7602 @110

Thanks Mat!

Thank you. Let's get to it! The odds are against me being the absolute worst two years in a row.

It's Wednesday already on the east coast so when does free agency start?

"Puka-head wrote:

I think it processes on west coast times at about 3a EST.

if anyone is interested in Gage, shoot me an offer. Preferably for future pick swap or pick, but open to ideas.

I can confirm that free agent claims processed last night. I'd considered taking Kyle Trask with pick 3.1, but got him for free. I really think he could be the Bucs starting QB in 2022.

No offense but I’m going to laugh at you if Rosen ends up with that job. I would have drafted Trask too but I was afraid someone would poach my boy Pooka so I had to draft him. I was hoping nobody looked at Trask in first round of free agency so I could circle back. Good pick up. He may even be starting this season. Old man legs are getting fragile. Marcia might break a hip

I love my boy Rosen, but he's clearly 3rd on the depth chart with the 49ers, and they obviously want Lance to be their long term option. So, we'll see how it goes for him, but at the moment, Trask has the clearer path to playing time eventually. Trask was also my 3rd favorite QB in this year's draft, after Lawrence and Fields.
