@ToddPhin you're on the clock.....I don't know why a veteran like @Boik14 is muddying up the draft thread with his peddling for another pick - you'd think he'd know better by now
Multitasking at work lol Still willing to trade a 3 next year for a 3 this year. Itll probably be higher then any of these picks from this point on Or if you want TE help Okonkwo is on the market. Hes not getting cut and makes for a good red zone borderline TE1/good TE2 option....
I think that part of it is that we might be at an all time low for the RB position in the NFL. Just one guy with more than 1167 yards last year, and only 12 players with 1000 yards. For most of recent history, you had 6-10 guys with 1200 yards and it wasn't unusual to have some years where 20+ guys had 1000. A decade ago, there were enough players to go around where everyone in our league could have had two guys with 900+ yards, and now I think we're all desperately holding onto anyone who even has playing time.
im just saying its slow in general as far as trades. Usually we get a handful of trades leading up to the draft and another handful during.
Todd did make me a fair offer for a draft trade a while back, but while I was thinking about it, he made a different one for someone else, lol. I would have said no in the end anyways. I needed Wright at RB, especially if Chubb isn't ever coming back to what he used to be.
Deep offensive class this year had a lot to do with it I think. Everybody wanted to trade players for picks. I had one offer for a player there's no way in hell is ever getting traded from the Blunts, he's family.
Still willing to make a move. Could package 2 players for an upgrade if you're looking to move a superstar for quality depth, etc. Let me know if open to making things happen - and I'd love a 3rd if someone wants to move one!
May as well start this process too...My Ball Zach Ertz cuts the following 7: RB Kareem Hunt RB Isaiah Spiller RB Trey Sermon RB Emanuel Wilson WR Parker Washington WR Bo Melton WR Erik Ezukanma
WR Allen Robinson remains the last player on my roster who was there when I took over the team in 2016, with Parker retired. Kinda wild to have a guy for a decade straight on a fantasy team, not that he's done anything the last three years.
With so many candidates lucky to make the cut to 25, for now anyway (dont make yourself too comfortable, guys), WaddleUpThatHill cut: QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson RB Michael Carter
Had to sorry. He’s handcuffed to Barkley now. I think he’s going to be a good pass catching option in that offense and back up for when Saquon gets hurt
Which is why I picked Shipley first. I would have happily kept Penix on the bench for a year. I got a feeling Cousins is a little butt hurt and is going to force his way out of Atl soon as he can
MotorBoaters cuts RB D’Ernest Johnson RB Emari Demercado RB Zach Evans RB Dalvin Cook RB Pierre Strong Jr RB Chris Rodriguez Jr TE Darren Waller
Nick Westbrook Ikhine Salvon Ahmed Craig Reynolds Coach wants to see you in his office. Bring your playbook
Cuts(aka I couldn’t give ya away) : Sam Howell Desmond Ridder Herndon Hooker Tyrod Taylor John Metchie Noah Gray
Its kinda crazy that Howell, at 23 years old, led the league in pass attempts and threw for almost 4000 yards (6th in franchise history) and then gets traded for an exchange of mid round draft picks. In fact, he's one of only three Washington QB's to throw for more than 20 TD passes since 2000. Now he's a Geno Smith injury away from getting the keys to a pretty good offense.
Don't be sleeping on Geno this year either. He's gonna ball and they'll have a solid D again. Their young OL looks pretty damn good and they have a strong RB room top to bottom, 3 legit #1 kinda guys.
Murder Hornets cut: WR Tutu Atwell WR Noah Brown RB Jamaal Williams RB Israel Abanikanda TE Jeremy Ruckert
Just need cuts from the following and then I can enter the rosters on Yahoo... @UCFinfan86 @TaylorGators @vmarcilfan75
