And how do know they are not. That article talks about what the head coach is doing to create that culture. Isn't that what Joe Philbin is doing, trying to install a new culture? You're confusing unprofessional with crazy. Jim has a lot of crazy in him. Good think for 49ers is that crazy translates to crazy hard worker as well and his players believe in him.
