I'm not an X's and O's kind of guy and really do want to learn. So I did some research on the WCO and specifically a "Tiger Package" that was mentioned in another thread and came across this great 67 page WCO playbook with verbiage, motions, etc.

It may not be the most thorough 600+ page pro playbook, but great to just familiarize yourself with the basics.

Again, never claimed is was a pro caliber book. If you know of where I can access the more complex playbooks, I would greatly appreciate it.
