Totally agree. If he hits the open market and has any interest in playing here, then we should do everything in our power to get him. The guy is a stud, and only 29, meaning he could play for us for 5-7 years, easily.

djphinfansubscriberI have questions about his passion but i think the challenge of converting to linebacker is the perfect antedote for him...You challenge a player with that kind of skill you usually come out with something very explosive.

TheAnswer385forum_veteranmy only problem is what if Cameron Wake is a stud? Peppers would be an amazing pickup though. His speed would allow him to cover the TEs and cover the outside runs better than Roth.

The more the merrier. ;) You can't have enough good LBs, IMO, and if he turns out to be a stud, then he could eventually replace Porter and we would still have a nasty combo at the LB position.
