This report pretty much closes it. I would say that their is probably a 90% chance that Adam Gase will be the Dolphins man. Another poor decision by Ross IMO, but it looks like it's pretty much written in stone. This next meeting they won't let him leave the building.
My question is how come no one is asking how much power Ross will give him. He's gotta feel pretty good about himself after improving Cutler. How many years do you think that the contract will be?. 5 years?, 4 years?. And what Do you think about Gase?

The important thing is you feel it is a poor decision based on nothing more than guesswork. There are absolutely no facts or truths you can draw from hiring any coach. I read as part of the deal that Dan Campbell will be kept as an assistant coach, other coaches may be staying too. So I will say Gase wont have much control over who stays. When was the last time Miami actually hired a HC to be a HC?

Dolphins continue to do Dolphins-like things. I may just stop following them this year. Don't see anything special about Gase. This move will most likely fail. I wish to God Ross would sell this team.

Lol. I just really hope this is his choice and we're not forcing Campbell onto him. I want him to build his staff of choice not an hand picked one to really give this guy a chance.
