I am but a small piece of the puzzle. Malcolm is just as responsible as I. And we couldn't do it without this passionate staff.

Thanks to everyone who helps make this place a habit worth feeding. We really do have something unique here in our little corner of the internet. I am genuinely humbled by the level of generosity and community our members have demonstrated these last....make that first....12 months. It really is something to behold. And I'm truly excited about what the future holds.

All of you have enriched my and my family's life in alot of ways and we love and appreciate you all and want to say thank you. This is to me the only Dolphins board anymore. I visit a couple of them here and there (but never to "that" one :shifty:) but nowhere else feels like home. There are too many good people here for it not be that way. :up:

It is kinda eerie when I asked (after the other site was fixed) what would happen to this site when it was called celtkin.com. Right after it became this amazing site. It is better in every single way... look, people, mods. I find myself viewing almost exclusively here.

Now where are my brownie points? ;)

 

Wow,has it been a year already? And,while we`re on the subject, I guess I can finally admit I was wrong! You see, about a year ago when all that talk about the braintrust and FH parting ways- I just laughed it off and told my fellow posters to relax. I seriously believed it was nothing more then an early april fools joke. Now,here we are a year later and I`m glad I was wrong. What transpired from that breakup produced THEE best Dolphins site known to man (and women of course). So,happy anniversary to THE PHINS.COM. I`m just grateful to be a part of it.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much for having this site up. I've been living overseas since January 2008 and its been very rough. Medical school is a really stressful experience and its nice that this site was available as connection to my home in Miami.

You've enriched my life and I'll always be grateful to everyone involved! :knucks:

hopefully 40 years from now i'll be telling my grandchildren about a place that once existed called finheaven. i will tell tales of deceit and rebellion. many a phin fan split from finheaven and went off to a new land in hopes of creating a better world. and so, the United Sta........errr.....thephins.com was born.

Do I remember right? Did this start as drunkenpuppies, or something like that, and has it really only been a year? This site is incredible and the people here; posters, mods, admin, Jets fans, are all great. I feel like you're my family, except for the fact that we don't fight over money.

Its been almost a year for me. I noticed at FH that no one was posting in the VIP area, and was like "wtf ?", and I started visting a few other sites, like Phinzmania.com. I had signed up for drunkenpuppies, but didn't really get into the site, because I hadn't been all that active at FH actually. I was very busy owning and moderating about 10 Yahoo & Google groups I didn't have time for anything else.

But as draft time grew closer last year, I checked out ThePhins.com when I believe I recieved an email asking me to check out the newly improved drunkenpuppies and I was blown away, because I saw all of the old names I was missing at FH. I haven't posted at FH since then, and only a few times at Phinzmania I believe.

I was at the other site until a couple of months ago but when I saw that all of the best posters had come over here I immediately signed up for the club. The quality of posters is much higher than I could have expected.

 

After being dumped like trash from the "site's name we shall not mention", this was the logical place to call my new home.

 

Thanks Guys & Girls. when i joined the other site in 04 ( i didn't and don't post to often because when i get ready to....the other better and more knowledgeable members beat me to it....woow is me...lol) all seemed good till the latter part of 06 (correct me if i'm wrong) and then....as the saying goes...when you point a finger at others-- there's 3 pointing back at you....and they forgot who helped make them what they became as a fins site and tried to lay blame at others doorstep. so with right and determination- y'all- promised us THIS SITE which was set up and followed a great game plan as to what should be, could be and will be and IS. from celtkin to drunkinpuppies, etc., i feel proud to be one of those little critters that followed the pied-piper to phins 2009. Thank You again guys/gals

 

I justed wanted to thank everyone that makes this website possible. This is my way of keeping up with all the information Dolphins related. This IS THE ONLY WEBSITE I monitor daily. To me this is the Official Website of the Miami Dolphins. Thank you all and keep up the good work.
