That's my question whenever I hear one of these stories. :lol:
I mean, sure, the teacher is messed up and probably psycho, but as a 14 year old I coulda lived with it...

 

Debra LaFave! She teached at Greco Middle High. Dam it I didn't get to go there.

According to articles, she got raped as a little girl and now has some disorder or something because of it which enables her to do those types of things.

 

I'm thinking the same thing. It seemed when I was going through school they hired the younger teachers to teach the younger kids, and all the older teachers were teaching middle and high school. Now they just put the young teachers with the older students. Not smart in my opinion. They don't have the experience to handle them. (no pun intended, :lol:)

 

Where did/do you go to school???? I am stuck with a sixty year old homosexual Spanish teacher and all old ladies aside from one 30 year old one who looks good.

 

here in Dallas there is a shortage of teachers, you don't even have to have a teaching certificate, they'll put you on a probationary thing and you can earn it while your teaching.

Where I went to school as a 14 year old, the teachers were younger but were no prize, that's for sure. OTOH, at my grammar school, our music teacher was Miss Hillsborough County... :thumbup:
