don't even need to read it. I was saying the same thing this morning to my wife who is from Ohio.

I don't really see much of a difference between us and them. We had far superior QB play yet were only able to win one more game. Our future isn't really any brighter than their's. I'd take their coach over ours. Both teams have a joke for an owner. Hell both teams have one playoff appearance in the last 13 years. And I don't think this situation with Gordon and Manziel is any more embarrassing than our bullying scandal.
the browns are a joke, well so are we. -
Yeah me might not be the Browns but we ain't to far ahead of them either, really nothing to crow about here
-
We're further than the Browns, we have a QB in Tanny and that's more then the Browns have had. We don't blow first rounds on busts like Brady Quinn or Johnny Rehab, they're a franchise that falls for the hype of the media darling QB prospects. The only reason they finished a game behind us is because the AFC North had 3 give me games against the NFC South. Give us those 3 games and we'd be in the playoffs!

They are now in danger of losing their first round pick. -
To be honest I like the fact my signature isn't a mockery anymore.

I look forward to the day when there are no "I'm glad we aren't" threads.

If things are as bad with the Browns organization as this article implies, it only makes the Dolphins 8-8 season look worse.
Because if there was so much interference from ownership with the Browns and discord with the coaching staff. The Browns still managed to only win one less game than the Dolphins while playing in a much tougher division.
Other than perhaps the QB's, I would take the Browns roster over the Dolphins. -
As long as you have franchise QB you have hope...
Tannehill is a franchise QB, we have hope. -
The better teams have elite QB's for their franchise and at this time it certainly can't be concluded that Tannehill is an elite QB when he has a sub 500 record as a starting QB over the past three years. -

We have an owner putting big bucks into renovation, acting the part of wanting to build a winner (even if he hasn't learned how to yet), hiring/firing/reorganizing, not drafting people for their mediability, we're not being investigated for major violations.
We're far better off than the Browns...record difference between the Browns and us doesn't mean sh*t. Shula/Marino had some sh*t records too...for everyone who thinks all they did was sh*t rainbows. The Dolphins are trying to build respectability...obviously slower than most of us would like, but it's much less toxic than the Browns...IMHO.
I don't think Philbin is the long term solution...but WTF do I know? I don't run an NFL franchise...and history is full of guys who weren't supposed to be "the guy" succeeding. Can only let it play out and hope for a respectable product.
